"I preferred this Burger King much more in 2019. Back then, they were a bit quicker, the music selection was great, and you received your drink at the register. Now, they hand you the soda with your order, but they prepare it before your meal is ready, which makes it watery. Last time I was there, I waited over 20 minutes for my food, and the playlist is awkward—playing old songs followed by some of the worst pop hits. Plus, it’s pointless to have music if you can barely hear it, especially since it only plays in a small section of the restaurant. They should also open the second floor; the first floor feels a bit rundown. In 2019, the second floor was always clean. That said, the food is still good."
