"My wife and I were looking forward to enjoying a pub-style fish platter (fish and chips), but unfortunately, they no longer offer it. It was the only item crossed off on the menu at the counter. When I inquired about its disappearance, the staff replied, “You’re the only kind of people that order it,” which I found quite rude. I ended up ordering the crab cakes, but they turned out to be made with imitation crab instead of real crab, which was disappointing. The service was unfriendly and the food wasn't good at all. I've been a customer for 40 years, but I've noticed that both the food and service have steadily declined. I can only hope that this is the lowest point before the restaurant gets new ownership that understands how to run a business properly."
