"The owner, Helen, is quite unpleasant and disrespectful. She mixed up my order and then tried to put the blame on me. Additionally, she struggles to operate the register and only accepts cash to avoid credit card fees. While the food is decent, the hassle of dealing with her is simply not worth it. None of my friends will be returning because of her attitude, and I certainly won't be spending any more money there. It's a shame, as I was looking forward to going."

"Had the medium lobster roll which was pretty expensive....like $27 I think for just the sandwich. The hot dog bun seemed like a bad choice so the employee said they would use a sub bun. I don't know what I expected really but it wasn't really great. There was no flavor....just taste like bread lettuce and mayo. Not sure if they use canned lobster or what. I'll give them another shot but I'll deff be passing on the lobster roll next time."

"The lobster roll is outstanding and very fresh, while the Italian sandwich features top-quality meats. The steak number 9 is perfectly executed, and the Thanksgiving toasted sandwich has a delightful New England flair. The clam chowder and lobster bisque are both rich in flavor; however, I wish the clam chowder had more clams. Although the portion sizes are a bit small for the price, the overall experience is nearly flawless."

"So, I visited this location on friday and ordered a large steak and cheese. The girl that I ordered from, I believe her name was Antonia, she was so nice and made my visit very delightful. Not only did she provide amazing customer service, but my sandwich tasted extra good, as if it was made with love. I also grabbed a delicious dessert, which was also amazing. I will definitely be back for more tasty food and hope to see Antonia again, since she seems to know how to make a delicious sub."

"Absolutely terrible service. If you are going to offer delivery, than follow through or don't offer it at all. I was told 30-40 minutes for delivery and it took almost 2 hours. I ordered Steak Cheese and I think it was made over an hour prior to delivery, it was cold cold cold. I will NEVER ORDER from here again."

"I usually buy only from jersey mikes but unfortunately they were closed at the moment and me and my wife wanted a sub. Shes usually order's the Italian and i order a steak and cheese. My first and last time going to d angelos as the sandwiches were disgusting. We took a few bites and into the garbage. Waste of money and appetite, the steak quality was chewy and not tasty and the Italian was very bland. Never again!"

"The food is great, but the service can be inconsistent. They often seem to be understaffed during lunch rushes, which can result in long waits—sometimes up to 30 minutes just to place an order. EDIT: I initially gave this place 3 stars, but it seems they’ve been under new management for a while now. The service has significantly improved during my recent visits!"

"I ordered a steak bomb and requested points for my card, but they told me they aren't part of a corporate chain. That explains the canned mushrooms that tasted like vinegar and the two canned red peppers. It was honestly the worst sandwich I've ever had. There were also three teenagers leaning against the counters who clearly didn't seem to care about making a decent sandwich."
