We saw a video on google review and asked our server about it. presentation and the food was good. So far everything was good including service. Our Server was very polite and friendly. "I’m giving this restaurant two stars because while the sushi was quite good, the overall experience left much to be desired. Although the sushi was tasty, the service was lacking. We were the only customers when we arrived, but 30 minutes later, four other patrons came in and received their meals before us. When we asked about our order, we received a mix of excuses, from our order being lost to it not even being placed. The manager did apologize, but no one provided a clear explanation for the error. Even though the sushi was delicious, the chaotic service makes me reluctant to come back in the future."

"Rare find in Upstate New York. The sashimi was so fresh and well prepared. The salmon was buttery and almost melted in my mouth. Their fatty tuna was equally delicious. While their sushi and sashimi are my favorite by far, their other dishes are equally wonderful. Everything I have eaten there is fresh and high quality, I recommend their coconut yellow curry, the vegetable version is my favorite, but the chicken one is delicious as well. Can't miss if you are in the mood for some delicious Asian food."

"FOOD was well prepared, hot and tasty. We each had bento boxes and were pleased with our individual selections. We also enjoyed the mochi and fried ice cream for dessert. SERVICE was pleasant and not disruptive. Wheelchair ACCESSIBILITY into the restaurant was not an issue and we were seated easily, however, the bathroom is down a flight of stairs."

"I can’t believe this place only has a 3.5-star rating. I’m genuinely shocked! I moved here a couple of years ago, and I honestly don’t go anywhere else for sushi. The hibachi is just as amazing! I’ve seen some reviews criticizing the monster roll, but it’s actually my favorite! The squid is absolutely to die for! The service is excellent—very polite staff. After almost three years, moving here from Brockton, Stoughton, and Canton, I can confidently say this place surpasses all the others I’ve visited. They never let me down! If they had bigger TVs, I’d be here for every sports event!"

"We had a wonderful time celebrating my mom 's birthday with our first visit to Mizu! Eight of us, including 3 children, got a hibachi table and enjoyed a really fun, delicious dinner! My mom started with a soft shell crab appetizer, delightfully surprised to find them on the menu. The other adults shared the Brussels sprouts, also yummy. The chef put on a wonderful performance while cooking our dinner; it thrilled my kids! The dinners were all delicious, but the best part of our visit was the service. They made us all feel so welcome, and brought a dessert with a candle for the birthday girl. I highly recommend going to Mizu for a high-quality, fun-filled dinner experience!"

"This place was just okay. I'm confused by all of the folks saying it was the best sushi in Philly and worth driving for. When we walked in, there was a damp rice smell and we were the only people in the place. I normally order sushi or sashimi, but something told me to go with rolls, and I think that may have been the right choice because the tuna on one of my rolls seemed a bit off clearly it had been frozen and was that sort of rosy color that tuna gets when it's been treated with carbon monoxide to prevent oxidation. Husband ordered better, picking shrimp tempura roll and a roll with fried sweet potato and topped with shrimp. My daughter got vegetarian rolls and said they were bland. Service was pleasant however."

"Ichiro is my favorite place for sushi but the guy that seems to be the manager is always rude and treat us like trash. It’s not the first time that it happens, a lot of people I know was mistreated by him. Always rushing us to leave the table even before we finish our meals and treat us bad just because we never pick up hibachi (which is more expensive than sushi). I don’t know how a place like that can stand, they don’t have customer service AT ALL!!!! That’s literally the first time I complain on google but I’ve always wanted to find a way to complain because they can’t treat customers like that. And the only reason why I come back is because it is really close to my house and I love the sushi. But I would never go back if they didn’t have the 50% off promotion because the regular price is not worth it compared to the humiliation."

"Sushi! I had heard that this restaurant was known for its excellent sushi, so I decided to try it for myself. It was fantastic! I enjoyed the Red Head Roll, the Fantastic Roll, and the Pretty Girl Roll—all of them were delicious and incredibly fresh. The Thai Spring Rolls were also exceptional. They offer a great selection of wines, and their menu features a variety of Asian dishes, so there’s something for everyone, even if sushi isn’t your preference. The atmosphere is lovely, and I can easily imagine coming here with a group of friends for a wonderful meal."

"This is the worst sushi I've had in the area (maybe at all). I've tried it a few times and the fish was just off. l I wouldn't order fish but I did order veggie rolls a couple of time. They've always been pretty rude, but the last time the food was late and when I called they said it was on its way and hung up on me. I called back later and said it was just too late and I'd need to cancel and they hung up on me again. I then called back to confirm they heard me and asked if I should contact seamless or they should, and she hung up. They then tried to deliver the food later on and we turned it away (were already eating other food). I called seamless and they told me the restaurant was disputing the refund on the basis that they delivered it. Seamless actually apologized and credited us, but the behavior by this restaurant was unbelievable. Would definitely recommend not ordering, but if you do, it would be wise to use seamless so there's a 3rd party involved in case anything goes wrong."

"I strongly advise against visiting this restaurant. It was completely empty when I went, which is concerning for a seafood place located in such a prime waterfront location. It’s so lacking in customers that they even let the nearby restaurant use their parking lot for valet service. This establishment used to be family-owned and a summer favorite, so it’s disheartening to see how far it has fallen. Save yourself the trouble, the money, and the risk to your stomach. Choose any other restaurant for a tasty seafood dinner."
