"My niece wanted to go to Biwon for her birthday dinner because she and her brothers had been to this restaurant a few times before and enjoyed the experience. Some of the the things I will give a bad review for are just their business practices. We got to the restaurant for our reservation on time and were seated about 30 minutes later (not bad). I asked a couple of questions regarding the notes on the menu. Everyone in our party was planning to do the all you can eat and we have some diet differences. We were told everyone getting all you can eat sushi had to sit at one table and everyone else (that got the all you can eat premium Korean BBQ and Sushi had to sit at the other tables. The problem with that is, we were splitting checks. Some of the servers weren 't listening and were bringing out wrong orders and then the servers got incredibly rude. My daughter also wanted to order all you can eat, but she was overlooked everytime they came to the table, I had to physically stop servers and send them in her direction (at another table) to take her order. My son has severe allergies and he didn 't order one thing. The bill came and I was charged for him. I reminded our server that he didn 't eat anything. She went to the manager on duty and he came over to us to ask who had a question. I said I did and explained to him what was incorrect. He went on to argue with me that he personally saw my son picking at food, which would not even be possible since he was sitting in between my husband and my niece that both ordered a lot of food and I had never seen that man. He then said well maybe he wasn 't eating it, I can take it off. He then continued to argue that he and other employees saw him eating food. Let me add, I had to take my son to get food once we left here... because again, he wasn 't eating. We spent around $500, which is no problem for good food and service. It was a waste in this particular case. I suggest going to Master Kim 's or anywhere else."

"First of all, I am a long time regular here. Even though I continue to be dissatisfied with the service and have to put up with the unfriendliness several times, I still go there because it 's close to my house. Here, side dish refills are begging. The servers quickly pass by even after seeing all the side dishes empty. Well, I 'm not asking for it three times or ten times, but even if I refill the side dish just once, I 'm told, 'I 'm out of this. ' 'I often hear this. It 's not even lunch time yet, and they 've already run out of side dishes... I asked for a refill without realizing they were out of side dishes... This is when I feel sorry... I came to the restaurant, two people ate over 45 dollars, and I even gave them a tip. It 's a very strange house that makes you feel uncomfortable, sorry, and begging for a refill. Unfriendliness is basic, and in other places, you order food and after a while, they bring you side dishes first. It gets boring if you wait too long. It’s an implicit kindness that says, “Please at least eat this first.” This house has nothing like that at all. Food and side dishes are served all at once. I understand. The feeling of regretting side dishes. You can fully feel it. And when I asked for a refill while eating, they said they were out of side dishes like eggs and tofu. I understand. Because those are expensive side dishes. By the way, why do you run a restaurant? If you waste food so much... As I said before, you only have to refill once. Is there any Korean who refills his drink three or four times without even noticing it? In the first place, aren 't the side dishes served for one person, not for two people? The unfriendliness of this house really makes me feel bad beyond words. Of course I don 't want to tip, but I 'm scared...of course I always give 20%. And yet, if I go, I will kill* myself. I go there because it 's close to home and the food isn 't bad. I don 't want to recommend it. I really want to write a review like this and convey the inconvenience and unfriendliness I experienced to the employees and the boss. Because my mind is spinning. If you run a restaurant and have that kind of attitude, customers won 't say anything, but they all know. I will receive your whole heart. If food is so bad, why not go somewhere else instead of going to a restaurant... Before the coronavirus, food that was about $10 on the all-day special menu has risen to $16.99, and even though other places have lunch specials, they haven 't lowered the prices here. I don 't go here anymore. And I think other people shouldn 't sell at places like this until they lower the prices. If possible, I recommend eating lunch at a place that offers lunch specials."
