"Red Samurai is a local Japanese hibachi restaurant in Madison, MS, and it's definitely one of my top two favorites in the area. The portions are decent—not the largest I've encountered, but certainly satisfying. The flavors are fairly good, and the overall atmosphere is pleasant, with attractive decorations and two lovely fish tanks. The menu offers a nice variety, going beyond just hibachi. The service is good, though it could be a bit quicker at times. The prices are reasonable as well. I will likely return in the near future, although they could improve on the consistency of serving times and flavor."

All I have ever gotten from Red Samuari is burnt food and bad attitudes. Keep yelling at your customers and taking forever with orders and see how many customers you have left.

This is the best restaurant nearby! I absolutely love their King Tempura Roll and Vegetable Hibachi. The staff is always incredibly friendly whenever I visit, which is quite frequently. I'm working my way through their sushi menu and enjoying every bite! View menu

Express... is a misleading name. I ordered online for pickup instead of using a delivery service, and when I arrived, the food was just being brought out from the kitchen. The taste and portion size were average to good (though I had hoped for more), and it did satisfy our hunger. I appreciate the extra chili paste, though!

Worst service I have ever received at a restaurant. It’s like they have no consideration at all for your time that’s wasted. The guy working the front counter was extremely rude and yelled at me for not being happy my order was taking an extra 30 minutes to be finished. What is the point in me calling an order in 45 minutes ahead of time if you guys still don’t start preparing it until I arrive?
