"Easily found paid parking outside. 1st time here. Much of the food is prepared and ready to serve. Some entree options are made to order. I asked for help understanding my options the employee seemed bothered that I was there that was unfortunate and left me not even wanting to order food. I continued with my questions and explained that I was a 1st time customer. She hesitated and then in one breath explains every option they have again … a disappointing experience. I ordered their ginger spiced tofu with two sides Cora and tomatoes, and savory beans (chickpeas). Serving portion was generous and a $17 platter with two entrees can easily last me two meals. I enjoyed the ginger tofu. The chickpeas and orca were also good. The service left me not wanting to return but maybe I will try other menu items next time I am in town."

"Ordered chicken and waffles and the chicken was good. Only my drum stick tasted freshly made. The other piece had to have been sitting because it was dry. The waffle.. DEFINITELY store bought. Not made in house. My husband's beef platter was tasty but the beef was so dry you can tell just by looking at it. The banana pudding..same thing. My wafer cookies were disintegrating into the pudding and beyond mushy. That's not banana pudding. The j chicken patty was really really good! It definitely didn't taste like j chicken but overall that and the tea lemonade were the Best thing we had compared to the rest of our meal. Unfortunately this was a one and done for us ??‍"

"The staff members who cook and prepare the food aren't very friendly or welcoming—I think they could benefit from hiring more women for a better atmosphere. Customer service definitely needs improvement. While the restaurant is convenient, they also neglect to clean their juice machine properly, so if you're a fan of juices or smoothies, you might want to look elsewhere. Today, my smoothie was blended well, but I still encountered chunks of banana. Additionally, they didn’t clean or change the tongs after making the last salad that contained meat and cheese, which is a big concern for someone like me who is vegan."

"we came when the place ended in 20 minutes. it was 2 hours before the posted hours, but they were short workers. we said we could only command. we have starved, so we have ordered and waited our cakes. then the owner came and spoke with our party of 16...6 narrow countries and 10 of our amish friends (what a crew he came to end us in the past, let them sit, brought us drinks, serviettes, teller and even a cool puzzle for all to solve. he chatted and made us feel so welcome, even at his conclusion. we were so tired (we had 7 miles on the day changed around the storm) and the cake. we had a basic cheese, a pfefferoni, the greek and a white pizza with huh. loaded with blows and so delicious. and it was also cold to breakfast! will definitely come back when we get up again. recommend for service and eating!"

"I have had many great sandwiches here. The Boulangerie Rasbenero is amazing though. However, I would come here a lot more if they figured out their online order pickup. I get anxiety here every time I go to pickup my order. I used to wait in their long line but I'd get so much anxiety waiting with all the people so I switched to online ordering... guess what it's more anxiety inducing. One time I thought I heard my name called out but some other lady insisted it was her order so I didn't want to argue with her. Ended up waiting another half hour (it's so hard to ask anyone behind the counter anything because they all have busy faces on and there is a long line for orders so you don't want to cut to ask the register before they said they gave my order out already... well guess it was that lady that took my order. I thought maybe it was a one off... but I ordered online again and everyone has their busy faces on again... thankfully no long line (maybe fewer people going because they have the same experience? ... but I had to wait in line to ask for my online order. Better off just ordering in person and not online... but I guess I'll only come if I am really craving Boulangerie! Please change your pickup system so I can come a lot more!"

However, the beans seemed to be simply poured out of a can and heated, lacking olives, cilantro, bay leaf, or pumpkin chunks. The gravy was unappetizing and the beans needed more cooking time. It appeared that they were only seasoned with tomato sauce, without even sofrito. Other menu items were also lackluster. It seems that once a customer base is established, some restaurants may begin to put less effort into their dishes. The blandness of the beans was noticeable, and more herbs and effort could improve the overall quality and value of the food. Customers are willing to pay for the traditional flavors of Puerto Rico, so a little more attention to detail and teamwork in the kitchen could greatly enhance the dining experience. "Since I obviously talk to a lot of people about food and do the occasional research, I was already aware of the good reputation Marco's Deli and Fine Dining Italian Restaurant had in Buffalo. Chef/Owner Marco Sciortino has even been a challenger in a Nickel City Chef challenge during Season 2, so I know he takes his food seriously. But the Williamsville Deli is located in a relatively plain looking plaza, so I didn't even notice it until about a month ago. Over the last two weeks I've taken two lunch trips over to Marco's on Maple Road to grab lunch. On my last trip I brought along my coworker Kristina who was very impressed with my leftovers from my first lunch. Walking into Marco's Deli on Maple can be somewhat intimidating if you don't know what your going to order. It's not on the same level of shock/awe you have when you first see Johnny C's 48 different sandwiche"

"We went for Sunday Breakfast . I Do Not recommend wasting your time and money at The Railroad Crossing Diner on Route 14 in Dundee, NY. The food was horrible although the name of the omelet was descriptive of the experience. I ordered a Garbage Plate Omelet and the waitress came over and said is everything okay . I said actually no. She quickly responded , is it burnt. ? Yes Mam , yes it’s awful….you knew it was burned! Here we are surrounded by farms and produce is abundant in season. Do not put rotten mushrooms and tomatoes in an omelet and serve it to a customer! Never ever will I order anything named Garbage plate ! They threw the kitchen scraps in it. Two and a half hours later , there’s an awful taste in my mouth. My only regret is a photo to show you stay away from this place ! Beyond awful experience !"
