"Oh my gosh, I don't even know where to start! Before we even got to Second Happy Door, the host greeted us with menus, and they were very polite. Once we sat down, we were served refreshing water with ice and napkins—such attentive service! Our waiter came by shortly after to take our orders, and the coffee arrived quickly. We ordered the French Toast Deluxe, which came with eggs and cheese, as well as cheddar cheese and extra pancakes. Honestly, this was the best French toast I've ever had! It was perfectly warm and cooked just right in the middle. The flavor was outstanding; the cook truly nailed it. The presentation was also impressive!"

"I was charged $19 for soup and a handful of fries. The soup clearly say $5.50 on the menu for the larger size. I didn’t see a price for an order of fries but figured everything together would be around $12-$13. When I called to ask what happened after my partner came home with the food they told me they charged me about $12 for the soup alone. I questioned why I wasn’t charged what was on the menu and was told that they only serve soup for that price when you eat in the restaurant. This was not specified on the menu whatsoever, nor was it mentioned to me when I called to order. I was begrudgingly told I could return for a $5 refund but I don’t feel like dragging myself out of bed with the stomach bug. I’ve always gone here because it is convenient but after this experience and the multiple times I’ve found hair in my food (at least 3) I will not be returning."

"I thoroughly enjoyed the food at this restaurant. However, I felt that the waitress was a bit rushed and seemed annoyed when I mentioned that the cappuccino/espresso was cold. Instead of apologizing, she simply expressed her surprise that it was cold. She did offer to warm them up in the microwave, which she did. Two of our guests voiced their complaints, and she kindly removed that charge from the bill, but the other two guests were too polite to say anything. I might consider giving this place another shot, but I’m not sure I’d want to have the same waitress again."

"The food was generally good. We tried the sampler plate and were not impressed with the Mozzarella sticks, however the Calamari was surprisingly tasty. The chicken fingers were delicious and the buffalo wings were decent. Our waiter was not very friendly, but we had an international waiter a few weeks ago who was extremely nice! I suppose it depends on the day you visit. The prices were fair, although they are gradually increasing. Overall, we had a good experience at this restaurant - a nice spot for a quick meal."

"I am not from the area and have stopped looking for a search in Google maps for restaurants in the area. I bought 3 slices of pizza with extra cheese, sausage and pepperoni. I was hungry, so I ate her in the car. The slices were great. The size of the slices was good. The cheese was good. The sausage was real. The slices were so good that I went back to the restaurant to buy a little cake. Lol. I'm sure if the owners read this, they'll know who I am. Anyway, the food was worth the praise. I don't have any pictures because I have received the request for this review on the following day, and... the pizzas have gone sadly."

"We had ordered a few appetizers, but after finishing, we had to wait quite a while because a group of 70 was served before us with their main dishes. It took a long time for our food to arrive. We ended up sending back a steak that was supposed to be medium-rare, as it was so tough that we couldn’t cut it. Our waitress was great in handling that situation. However, we didn’t receive our drinks until we asked for them, and the waiting staff seemed to have forgotten about them. The atmosphere was quite loud, which made it challenging for those of us with hearing issues, especially since we were seated in the middle of the dining area. While I can overlook these issues, I felt it was important to share my feedback in hopes of a better experience next time!"

"Went here to get a pizza. Ended up purchasing a Meat Lovers pizza with onions. The pizza looked nice before we left. The pizza could have been cooked a little longer. I usually tell a pizza place to cook it well done but my friend prefers it not be. I think with a meat lovers type pizza you need to have it cooked well done because there’s a lot of meat. Got home and opened up the pie and sat down. Couple of bites in my friend turns to me and says… “Do you have any ham in yours?” I look down and inspect my pizza and nope, they completely forgot the ham! I’m not going to lie though this felt more like a beef pie than a meat lovers pizza completely. Very little pepperoni and we’ll no ham. Even though it was a heavy pizza for 21 dollars I don’t know if it was worth the price. The one thing that got me was the extra they charged us 2.50 plus tax for onions. 2.50 for onions? I might as well of gotten bacon on my pizza for a extra 2.50. If I do go back here I’ll be very sure to make sure my order is completed properly this time. I’d say there’s a 75% chance of returning for a weekend pizza. Also as a owner to me it’s complete rude to copy and paste the same reply to your reviewers. We take the time to write about our experiences to help your consumers make a informed decision about your establishment. Maybe you could take the time to properly reply or you shouldn’t bother at all."

"I havent been to Pazzo in awhile and i definitely don’t remember the food being this bad. There were 5 of us. We had 3 appetizers thats were OK other than the clams oreganata that were fishy. Entrees came out and we had to send 2 back. The $42 lamb chop special was a joke. Tasteless and I’ve never ever seen lamb chops so small. The spicy rigatoni portion was tiny. The rest of our entrees were just fair but we didn’t complain. My son ordered a steak to replace the lamb chops and it took forever to come out, he ate after we were all finished. With all of the kitchen issues absolutely nothing was comped. $450 for a fair meal at best. Waitress was good which is only positive thing i could say about the meal. We eat out alot but wont be visiting Pazzo again. If this is the norm for Pazzo then they wont be open for long with other better restaurants in the area."

"We went in specifically to try the Sicilian pizza (square with no crust on edges because my friend's wife needed something which would be softer to chew/eat. Go in and sit down. Automatically notice a few locals at the bar watching TV and eating their meals (NOT sitting 6 feet a part at all: not even 3 feet a part!! . We get seated and I asked if we could sit farther away from the bathroom entrance just to lessen the chances of people walking past us at all. I am not paranoid about C 19, but minor precautions DO help everyone IMHO. The Sicilian pizza was a great disappointment: it was seasoned OK, but the crust wasn't cooked all the way and the cheese on top was almost charred. It seemed fine so we just ate it. Crust was nothing to talk about NOT the same crust as regular pizza that is all I could tell. May be the thinner crust Italian style pizza is better?! Unsure ..... don't know if my buddy would be brave enough to go back to eat there a second time! I have a strong stomach for seasoned things. Would I go there again? Sure, I would want to see if their other pizza would be better, but my friend can't be convinced so if I go I will just go take out. LOL. Give then a chance and see for yourself. I suggest to PASS on the Sicilian pizza though. :D YMMV."

"I have to be honest, the staff was really friendly and the atmosphere was pleasant. However, I ordered something quite simple—ham, Swiss, bacon, and mayo in a wrap—but they got it wrong. When I opened it up, there was no mayo. Unfortunately, I couldn't go back to address the issue since I was already at the hospital visiting someone and didn't want to leave. It's really frustrating. "Dinner was fantastic and came with four drinks for around $130, not including tip. The short ribs were excellent—truly some of the best I’ve ever had. I know, it’s surprising to order short ribs at an Italian restaurant, but they’re definitely worth a try! I’d order them again and again! My only suggestion would be to have more reduction sauce. The vodka pasta was rich and creamy—so good that I wished there were more of it. As for the cheesecake, I’d rate it an 8 out of 10. I usually make my own, so I have high standards, but this was a classic New York cheesecake. It was a bit too sweet for my taste, but still a good option for a restaurant. The sauce accompanying it was a little disappointing, but paired with something sweet, it worked well. "I only had a few minutes to grab something to shove in My face and was in this area so I decided to stop by and order a breakfast sandwich to-go and I 'm glad I did because it was amazingly delicious and filling. Can 't ever go wrong with a Taylor Ham, Egg and Cheese on a Roll with extra Meat added, they say that breakfast is the most important meal of the day and I 'm not really sure who they are but they definitely know what they 're talking about. Now years ago I also remember stopping in here a few times long before this app even existed or at least long before I knew Yelp existed I should say, but whatever I 'm here now and that 's all that really matters. Anyway getting back to the Montville Diner I 've always liked this spot and I seriously have to make it a regular stop whenever I 'm over this way. "BEWARE OF FOOD POISONING LYING STAFF.I recently visited this DUMP for breakfast. I ordered the Chorizo N' Eggs Quesadilla. Unfortunately, my experience was far from satisfactory. The dish had an off taste that suggested it was not fresh; it was so pronounced that I could only take one bite before requesting it to be returned. Despite this, the restaurant refused a refund, offering instead a return visit on another day.Most concerning, however, was my reaction to the food following the meal. Within hours, I developed muscle aches and a fever, symptoms consistent with food poisoning. I filed a report about the incident to the local health department for investigation, to prevent potential harm to other patrons.When I attempted to address my concerns, both in-person and over the phone, I encountered significant communication barriers. The staff indicated they had limited English understanding; however, the same staff members were fluent the day of my initial visit.What an absolute DUMP. I wouldn't recommend anyone to come back to this place. I hope that my prayers get answered and this place goes out of business."

"I visited this restaurant for the first time last weekend and I really loved the food. The crab cake benedict was absolutely delicious. It did take about 45 minutes for our food to arrive after we placed our order (we ordered the benedict and a basic breakfast platter with eggs, bacon, and pancakes), but it seemed like they were short staffed and very busy. The quality of the food more than made up for the wait, but just be aware that there may be a wait during weekend breakfast hours."
