"It pains me to have to write this.... Having been a customer for some time, I 've witnessed the denigration of this establishment over the last year; which prompts me to declare This needs to be said . Myself and my office colleagues come here at least once a week for the pizza special which used to be a deal. Now, it 's turned into a 25 dollar lunch special, which isn 't much of a special. The worst however is the food quality has sunk faster than the Titanic in its final lurch toward the bottom with the fishy 's. Yah, the final stage where the frozen bodies swirled around following the big suck as she sank. Is this related to the long past COVID and the yesteryear of masked avengers and glove swappers. Folks, COVID is over what is the issue?? But, I digress... We have discussed in brief the cost issue. I didn 't get into the weeds but, doesn 't take a genius to see what is painted in the picture of my initial statement. Lunch specials should be special and not a Houdini move to pull a rabbit out of a hat. Food quality: the food here used to be above average and tasty. Now, it 's in a vacillated state of bad to mediocre. This decline has accelerated over the last several months. We like this place, we think the waiter and waitresses are capable, friendly and helpful. This is why we overlooked the afore stated food quality drop. No more looking the other way. Let 's take a look dish in the foto and address its paltry appearance. Take a peek and see what stands out. Initially, you 'll see the shrimp are flat, not a bad color and not horrible. Their taste however, was lacking any emotion provoking response. They were as if Helen Keller just finished reading a coffee mug. Not a lot to ponder on. The onion rings; some are brown and some are black. The black ones were saturated and exemplified a triple fried clot of an experience. It was disgusting and no kitchen manager who had a smidgen of pride would let that go out to a patron; but yet it did. My colleagues all ordered an assembly of pizza types and calzones... their articulation of what the experience was like.... not good , Doesn 't taste good and other negative remarks not to write home about. If someone in a leadership position from this restaurant reads this, please understand. We like your pizza place, we want to come, but we are not going to collectively drop 300 bones for food that doesn 't taste good and isn 't a value... it just isn 't happening. To the credit of your establishment, the only reason we returned over and over recently was your staff. These men and women are delightful and it appears keeping you all afloat. In today 's economy, you need to treat your customers right and serve quality food. Listen, I cannot judge your place from a vantage of business acumen; I judge it on how I 'm treated, the value therein and how the food tastes. In this case I 've laid out the Prima facie case. If I were you, I would pull a Colombo and look into before you lose more customer base."
