"The food at this restaurant is delicious, however, I had a negative experience with the woman who took my order. She was not very friendly and repeated my card information over the phone, which made me uncomfortable as there were other people around who could potentially write it down. When I asked her not to repeat it, she snapped at me saying she wasn't around anyone. Unfortunately, my order was incorrect when I received it. When I called to explain, she again started arguing with me and ultimately offered to refund my money if I returned the food. Despite placing a delivery order, I had to drive to the restaurant to return it. The woman continued to argue with me at the counter, leaving me feeling frustrated. Overall, I do not plan on returning to this restaurant."

"I was really disappointed with our recent experience at the restaurant. The pizza we received was moldy, and it took an incredibly long time to prepare. In fact, diners who ordered much later received their pizzas before we did. To make matters worse, there were flies buzzing around our food, despite us being indoors. We even spotted rats scurrying across the floor, and the odor was unbearable. When our pizza finally arrived, it was cold. Overall, it was an unpleasant experience."

"I'm not going to say I'm disappointed; just that I've had better. I'll start by saying they loaded the pizza with cheese. Probably the cheesiest pizza I've had. Which, isn't necessarily a good thing. The cheese to sauce to toppings ratio was totally off balance. I decided to go with the original crust (about 3/4 instead of thin, but I probably should've gone with thin. The pizza had very little flavor, other than the salt from the cheese, and some garlic. The cheese was so thick, that it really felt like I was biting through a layer of skin, after letting it cool for a few minutes. I don't feel like I wasted my money, I just wish I got a better flavored pizza for $20. In comparing types of Chicago Style pizzas, I'd compare this to Rosatis, but Rosatis definitely has them beat on every level, as far as the pizza is concerned."

"We live about an hour south and our girls volleyball team had a tournament nearby. We chose Joey's last minute as a team dinner. They accommodated the 12-15 of us that decided to stick around for dinner. The service was great and the food was wonderful. I've had my fair share of pizzas and Joey's ranks up there with some of the ones I've enjoyed the most. They had a few videogames that the girls played on while the dads chatted. We have more games in Ontario and will be certain to head back. ThanksJoey's!"

"I absolutely LOVE this place. I came here on a whim and have been back many times since! Joshua, the owner, is a pleasant individual, and always makes customers feel welcomed even if its their first time in the joint. seating is limited, but for me provides a nostalgia reminding me of a small place in new jersey we used to frequent. i swear by this pizza the flavor is fantastic, the sauce is perfect. i have brought many people to try this place and will continue to do so... and i recommend whoever reads this to try it too! you won't be disappointed!! (and as someone who hates reheated pizza, this pizza does well reheated in an oven!"

"The best pizza line in town. That was my favorite daytime and late night going for a while. Not only because they are open super late, but the food is AMAZING!!! I always try to get something different every time I'm here and I wasn't disappointed yet. Not only are they eating amazing, but also the front girl Sindy is amazing. As a rule, there is a little waiting time at weekends (if you taste the food you will understand why it is always packed), but it is so funny to watch and really makes the time fly. She really presents a great show with her excellent and funny multi-tasking skills. She is always polite and friendly and makes her customers really feel like family. Thanks Sindy!!!! "Completely ruined our evening. Decided to give a local restaurant a chance. Yes we did use a delivery service, they did nothing wrong on their end. The restaurant on the other hand, never answered the phone when we called to get corrections straight on our botched order. Ended up calling the other franchise, lady was very nice on her end. Gave the original one more call before closing and she was rude and pretty much told us to off. No meatballs in spaghetti (paid extra and wanted marinara not meat) . Wanted Alfredo not meat sauce on tortellini. Both came smothered in red sauce that was so burnt we didn't even try to hold our nose to eat. Added the cutlery to our order. Thank goodness my hotel had some in lobby or else I'd have to eat with my hands...Complete disaster. But the rude girl wanting to not answer the phone before they close is what put the icing on the cake. Pandemic or not, customer service is what keeps these local businesses alive. We Will NEVER give this place another opportunity to be supported."
