"Completely ruined our evening. Decided to give a local restaurant a chance. Yes we did use a delivery service, they did nothing wrong on their end. The restaurant on the other hand, never answered the phone when we called to get corrections straight on our botched order. Ended up calling the other franchise, lady was very nice on her end. Gave the original one more call before closing and she was rude and pretty much told us to off. No meatballs in spaghetti (paid extra and wanted marinara not meat) . Wanted Alfredo not meat sauce on tortellini. Both came smothered in red sauce that was so burnt we didn't even try to hold our nose to eat. Added the cutlery to our order. Thank goodness my hotel had some in lobby or else I'd have to eat with my hands...Complete disaster. But the rude girl wanting to not answer the phone before they close is what put the icing on the cake. Pandemic or not, customer service is what keeps these local businesses alive. We Will NEVER give this place another opportunity to be supported."

I've been enjoying the atmosphere and wonderful food at Sophia's for quite some time now, and I've never been disappointed. Probably, in my opinion, the best pizza in town....It's is always exceptionally clean here

the customer service was wonderful, but eating was very subpar. they put all the effort into the crust of the pizza, which is chessebred like a bunny that she roasted with slices of cheese hardly melted up. it was very disappointing.

First and last time I will eat here was really disappointed pasta was not good at all I threw it away ?? then they forgot my cheese on my gondola and when I called up there they were questioning me like I don't know what cheese look like and by far zio has better quality gondola hope the best for this company View menu

We have been going to Via Sophia's since it changed over and to Zio's before that. We have always loved it but everything has been steadily going downhill for awhile now and this visit stayed true to the trend. The service was beyond horrendous and the food was terrible. All the pastas were drenched in water it's almost as if they didn't drain the water after boiling. I'm so disappointed.

The meat sauce tastes bitter, like it cooked too long or too high of heat and the sugars in the sauce burned. Even better, at the bottom of our family bucket was hair. Dark hair. The salad was old, wilting and browning. The best part is the bread, it has a nice flavor and texture. They didn't include any parmesan or croutons or anything. They left my dessert off pickup order. Overall, would not order again.

A DOK (Daughter of the King) sister and I met at Sofia's for a late lunch one day last week and enjoyed great food and fellowship. I had a gondola (half) sandwich and I think she had a variety plate mushrooms, etc. Everything was delicious. Very disappointed with the service there today. I ordered a whole sandwich and received half. I was overcharged as well. Then had to pay for the other half because it was supposed to be their special. That was supposed to come with chips and a drink. I got the drink and had to go and ask if I could have the chips that I had paid for. I had to go up 3 times to get my daughters smoothie they couldn't seem to remember to make.

My sister and I met up in Sofia last week for a late lunch at A DOK (Daughter of the King) Sister. We both enjoyed delicious food and excellent service. I had a half gondola sandwich and my sister tried a variety of dishes with mushrooms. Everything was tasty and we had a pleasant experience chatting for a few hours. The staff was friendly and only checked on us to make sure everything was okay. Overall, it was a very welcoming atmosphere. And did I mention the food was fantastic?
