"They used to make an effort to fulfill your donut requests, but this time was a letdown. I listed about four or five types of donuts I wanted, specifically jelly-filled, plain glazed, or plain old-fashioned, but instead, I received flavors I didn’t ask for: coconut, chocolate, chocolate chips, and a chocolate bar. It felt like I was given all the leftover flavors that nobody really wants because they were quite unusual. Additionally, the iced coffee tasted very watered down. Overall, I was really disappointed."
