"The service was among the worst I’ve ever encountered. Our server was quite rude, frequently forgetting parts of our order, and eventually just stopped checking on us. After a while, the manager did come over and offered to comp some of our items, but by then it was too little, too late. To cap it all off, the food was lackluster—bland and unoriginal. The prices were shocking given the small portions and poor quality of the food.
Honestly, you might as well eat at John's every night. To whoever decided to change this restaurant: thank you for transforming a beloved Montauk spot with great food, service, and live music into a tourist trap that’s overpriced and devoid of character. As someone who has vacationed in Montauk for over a decade, I can say that not one person I know from the area has anything positive to say about your establishment. Nobody here likes it!"
