"We arrived early for our reservation and was seated immediately. We expected to wait for service and food delivery; however, was pleasantly surprised at the speed and attentive staff to our needs and food delivery. We ordered the wood fired oysters and they were delicious. Everything after the appetizer was disappointing. The clam chowder was not edible, the scallops with risotto was far from acceptable. The scallops were over cooked and the risotto was like paste. When the manager asked about our meal we were honest about the above and the response was yes they should take risotto off the menu. He said they would reduce the cost which is not what we asked for but appreciated. When we received the bill which was which included a bottle of wine we received a discount of which is not even the cost of the clam chowder. This dinner was a celebration of our wedding anniversary and so disappointing. The staff was friendly and accommodating but the food is far from appealing especially considering the cost"

"Worked a 12 hour shift and just wanted to sit down and eat and decompress from the day. We walked in at 8:13 to servers standing there and staring at us. We had to say hello. They couldn’t even be bothered with us. Then she said the kitchen is closed. They didn’t close until 9 and it’s a Saturday which is just insane to me. Who closes their kitchen 45min early on a Saturday?!! To walk in and just be stared at and not spoken to is the exact opposite of what I expect when I walk into an establishment. We immediately left still hungry and went to Henry’s where we were greeted with happy smiles and a warm welcome. We will never go back to The Factory."

"We had a great lunch at Wa Jeal. Starting with spring onion pancakes (delicious) and ending with chicken and broccoli (again delicious), the lunch (rice, main course and soup) was very cheap and delicious. The environment is wonderful - brick walls and pretty decorations and the service excellent. Highly recommended!!"
