"My family and I visited Pappas in Baltimore for a birthday party and were told it was a must-visit spot. We were seated at a spacious high top table and were immediately greeted by a waiter named Dylan P. Unfortunately, Dylan's attitude left much to be desired. He seemed unenthusiastic and impatient, asking about our checks before even taking our drink orders. He was rude and dismissive throughout our meal, culminating in him throwing our bills at us and mentioning the included 20% gratuity in a condescending manner. 
Despite the delicious food and impressive presentation, Dylan's behavior tainted our experience. Our bill for a party of 11 exceeded $400 due to the automatic gratuity. Thankfully, another manager named Sam was understanding and receptive to our complaints. I hope that Dylan receives proper training and coaching before I consider recommending Pappas to others in the future. Thank you, Sam, for addressing our concerns."
