"I've lived in the area for 22 years have been a customer since this place opened. Today I ordered a bagel toasted w/ cream cheese a porkroll egg cheese on a bagel. Easy order. Waited a few minutes I was handed my tasted bagel. The guy said othersandwich would be right out. He made 4 pots of coffee no sandwich! I asked the woman she said 4 more minutes on my sandwich.It was like I never ordered it. I explained that now my toasted bagel was cold. She made another that one got cold before Igot my one sandwich. They need a new system! Paying ordering first is better than it was, but the way they call names isridiculous. I didn't even get so much as an apology. 30 minutes for 2 bagels? Not worth it. I've given this place so manysecond chances."
