"I went to Dairy Queen tonight to get my mother's favorite cone, a Cherry dip in a cup. Before I placed my order, there was a rude customer in the drive-thru, but Matthew handled the situation brilliantly. He came over, apologized for the incident, quickly took my order, and handed me my cup. I'm not sure if he's a manager, but he showed great respect and knowledge in how to treat people. I enjoy going to Dairy Queen, especially during the summer, and it's employees like Matthew that keep me coming back. It's clear that there are good, hard-working people at this location who truly care about providing excellent service. As you get older, you can tell when a business is worth supporting, and this Dairy Queen definitely is. I highly recommend it!"
