"We showed up and children took our order, literally an 8 yr old and maybe 16 year old waited on us, the first item I ordered was never actually ordered, when we got our food and we’re waiting on the rest for 15 min some of the older crew came up front to talk about there families business! We waited for 15 min before asking about our food which was never ordered, no receipt given yet thrown out so we couldn’t confirm it was placed! If people are waiting in front of the registers for a long amount of time it’s usual practice to ask if they’re waiting on something or if they need anything else! Waste of time 1st and last experience"

This place has gone down hill. The wait time is ridiculous and all the kids working there are goofing around, sitting on counters, on their phones, etc.. There is even a little kid in there that stays behind the counter and helps with food when busy. Maybe 10 years old.. It’s crazy!! View menu

Rude teenagers are constantly on their phones and making disrespectful comments about the customers in this restaurant. The service here is subpar. It is disappointing that the owner does not participate in the reward program or special offers that are part of DQ policy, which seems greedy. The female manager, who has been there for a year, struggles to handle crowds after sporting events but has a positive attitude and tries to appease customers who complain about the ice cream they were served. The company could definitely improve in important areas.

I really enjoy visiting Dairy Queen for an ice cream treat! The ice cream is just the right level of sweetness for me. The staff at this location are very friendly and courteous. The prices are also very reasonable, making it a great spot to take the family for a delicious snack. I also appreciate that they offer ice cream options. Additionally, customers have the option to either take their treats to go or sit and enjoy them in the shop. There is plenty of parking available, including handicap accessible spots, and a variety of ice cream flavors to choose from. Definitely a must-stop place!
