The staff were friendly and managed the line effectively. However, when I received my drink, it was only three-quarters full, and my son's milkshake was a complete mess. When we got home, I discovered that what I thought was a milkshake was actually a Blizzard. My son frequently orders milkshakes from this location. I called to clarify the mistake, and the person on the line said they would inform their manager and that someone would get back to me today. I didn't sit by the phone waiting for a call, but I decided to wait until the end of the day to post this review. As of 5:08 PM, I still haven't received a call."
