"I stopped by on my way home, craving an Orange Julius while my son asked for a S'mores milkshake. I carefully ordered exactly how my son wanted it, along with a medium Orange Julius. The staff were friendly and managed the line effectively. However, when I received my drink, it was only three-quarters full, and my son's milkshake was a complete mess. When we got home, I discovered that what I thought was a milkshake was actually a Blizzard. My son frequently orders milkshakes from this location. I called to clarify the mistake, and the person on the line said they would inform their manager and that someone would get back to me today. I didn't sit by the phone waiting for a call, but I decided to wait until the end of the day to post this review. As of 5:08 PM, I still haven't received a call."

DQ in Portland is very good. Big restaurant with outdoor seating. Burgers at DQ are under rated. Always the same good ice cream menu. Friendly prompt service. I will return.

Had a great experience today. Manager (William? handled a potentially difficult customer with grace and kindness, which was appreciated, as I was there with my young child and a scene could have been made. He was very professional and polite. Def going back because… it’s Dairy Queen .

While it would be nice to have a full-service DQ in town, this location service just ice cream, and has a freezer full of premade Goody's, as well. Since new ownership took over here not long ago, the service has been very efficient and professional. I typically get a blizzard and have to remind them to mix it long enough so as not to leave plain ice cream at the bottom of the cup, which happens most of the time.

We came into the Cheshire store and created a personalized birthday cake to be picked up two days later and the store forgot to make the cake. It was on their board to be picked up, but it was not available and would take 1.5 hours to make the cake andpick up in another store which would make it late for the party after driving it back from the other store. I placed a pickup order through the app at this Dairy Queen, but the staff claimed they never received it. We showed them proof that the order had been sent and charged to my debit card, but the teenagers at the counter just looked at my wife as if she were out of her mind and refused to fulfill the order. This incident occurred on September 10, 2023. The staff was very unprofessional and even laughed when I explained the situation. I’m not sure if there was a glitch in the app, but their lack of professionalism has made us decide not to return to this Dairy Queen again.

Been living in town for a while and have driven by multiple times, but never in. I was in the mood to try a blizzard, so I went in. First, the location is somewhat tough to see as it is in the corner of a small shopping center. Location is also blocked by a large tree so you can easily drive by. Also bad signage. Second, seating outside exists but nothing inside. I will say the interior is small and somewhat dated. The menu is mainly blizzards and smoothies, but no food like other locations. Blizzard was very good so worth the stop in. I wish it was in better location as it would be busier. I will be back in future.
