I tried calling the restaurant, but no one answered. I had no choice but to wait in the drive-thru, which took another 30 minutes. I arrived at the restaurant at 5:00 PM and didn't leave until 6:20 PM. When I expressed my frustration in the drive-thru to the manager, she said there was nothing she could do and apologized for the understaffing.
