"The food was good, but I understand that the staff shortages aren't their fault. However, I had to wait 50 minutes for my food. After receiving my order, I went to my car and realized some items were missing. Unfortunately, I couldn't go back inside because the door was locked, and they were doing a short closing shift without keeping the dining room open. I tried calling the restaurant, but no one answered. I had no choice but to wait in the drive-thru, which took another 30 minutes. I arrived at the restaurant at 5:00 PM and didn't leave until 6:20 PM. When I expressed my frustration in the drive-thru to the manager, she said there was nothing she could do and apologized for the understaffing. I told her that as someone who works in food service, I understand, but it would have been helpful for them to ensure that all of my food was in the bag."

Good Italian food that's not super expensive fresh and hot every time I've gone. They have half portions for a lunch special or if you're not very hungry and then they have full portions. Great garlic bread.

I wasn 't expecting a 5 star Italian restaurant but this wasn 't even close to Italian food. This was about what school lunch tasted like when I was growing up. Nothing special here except for the bread sticks. They were the only thing that tasted goodotherwise my family had the same reaction to the food .

Typically, when you dine in and order a Baked sampler, you get good value for your money. However, I ordered it for delivery today, and it arrived in a lunch-sized portion. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your money on delivery; it’s definitely better to dine in. It’s not worth the $14.99 price tag. While the lunch specials are great, the dinner sampler is not a good deal. I had the pleasure of meeting some of the sweetest people during my visit! The night shift team on September 16 at 9:03 PM was incredibly kind and accommodating when I called to inquire about dine-in hours. Although I ultimately chose to do takeout, they made it a point to let us know that dine-in was available and that they would be more than happy to serve us. I truly felt welcomed, and I will definitely be returning!

The food is great but the service is horrible. The drive thru was down so we came inside for carry out. There was a long line of people waiting to order as multiple employees walked by and ignored us. After 15 minutes our order was finally taken and wasn?teven rang in correctly. It took another 11 minutes to receive our food and about half of that time was waiting on it to bebagged while it was just sitting on the counter. The seating area was absolutely disgusting, almost every table was FULL oftrash and bugs. Flies everywhere.
