Good Italian food that's not super expensive fresh and hot every time I've gone. They have half portions for a lunch special or if you're not very hungry and then they have full portions. Great garlic bread. Voir le carte

Anthony, the manager at the register, was extremely polite, attentive, and incredibly helpful. Ryan, the server, was fantastic, kind, and very accommodating. Overall, the customer service was exceptional.

Typically, when you dine in and order a Baked sampler, you get good value for your money. However, I ordered it for delivery today, and it arrived in a lunch-sized portion. I wouldn’t recommend wasting your money on delivery; it’s definitely better to dine in. It’s not worth the $14.99 price tag. While the lunch specials are great, the dinner sampler is not a good deal.

I had the pleasure of meeting some of the sweetest people during my visit! The night shift team on September 16 at 9:03 PM was incredibly kind and accommodating when I called to inquire about dine-in hours. Although I ultimately chose to do takeout, they made it a point to let us know that dine-in was available and that they would be more than happy to serve us. I visited the restaurant tonight (11/30) around 7:30 PM, and it was incredibly busy! Despite that, they handled everything remarkably well. My family ordered about $25 worth of food, and even after a 20-minute drive home, everything was warm and fresh. The woman who took our order at the front was very friendly, even with so many customers to serve. We will definitely keep coming back; we always have a great experience here. The food at Fazoli's is excellent, but the service leaves much to be desired. Since the drive-thru was closed, we went inside to place a carryout order. Despite a long line of customers, several employees passed by without acknowledging us. After waiting 15 minutes, our order was finally taken, but it wasn’t entered correctly. It took another 11 minutes for our food to be ready, with about half that time spent waiting for it to be bagged as it sat on the counter. The dining area was extremely dirty, with nearly every table covered in trash and swarming with flies.

The food was good, but I understand that the staff shortages aren't their fault. However, I had to wait 50 minutes for my food. After receiving my order, I went to my car and realized some items were missing. Unfortunately, I couldn't go back inside because the door was locked, and they were doing a short closing shift without keeping the dining room open. I tried calling the restaurant, but no one answered. I had no choice but to wait in the drive-thru, which took another 30 minutes. I arrived at the restaurant at 5:00 PM and didn't leave until 6:20 PM. When I expressed my frustration in the drive-thru to the manager, she said there was nothing she could do and apologized for the understaff... Voir le carte
