"I was several times for my job in the resort, always I attend the service entrance for the delivery, the people their, the security, the cleaning staff and other staff, are friendly and respectful, which is already a great note on how well they treat their customers. so fast that I'm a customer. going to a date to azul was a great idea! the intention was breathtaking, eating was more than expected. beautifully designed and displayed. the appetizers alone they can want more, the salmon was carefully and freshly prepared as if just caught. the dessert was, however, a denser, expert, expressive cake with a beautiful chocolate and an amazing sauce. the bitterness weighed against the extreme sweetness came into a before the extreme joy. eating that beyond a shadow of a doubt was worthy, but I always like to judge the customer service and experience. what if I could make azuls higher guess if it is possible. with a fancy plea, our waiter turned on the outside door heating and firewall, was friendly and had great small talks, was diligent and amazing plating ability. I would have recommended a typing status, I would say start at 50%, the service is much more worthy than a low-avg of 15%. I will visit again!"

"I haven't been to Max's in years but had to take someone to the airport and thought this would be a perfect place. Upon entering, I noticed there weren't that many people in there on a Sunday around noon there was an unpleasant smell to the restaurant. When we sat down at our table, the menus were sticky. I can't stand that. It makes me feel like the place is unclean. I ordered a 1/2 pastrami sandwich and green salad. The salad was overdressed and had so many different things in it, I didn't really like it. The sandwich is what I always remember about Max's; delicious pastrami w/lots of flavor. This was pretty bland. My guests ordered sandwiches as well and it was OK, nothing special. Very disappointing."

"We decided to go here for Fathers Day dinner and it was a big mistake. There was no one at the hostess stand, we had to ask someone to seat us. After we sat down, the waiter took our orders. 20 minutes later he came back to tell us they were out of french fries, wings and chicken breasts! After we sat there for 30 minutes. We left. Wasted our time. How do you run out of the most common thing on the menu and not made sure to have more on stock, yet allow guests to order it!? The service recovery from the Outlets Manager on duty was poor as she had an attitude with me. Won't be going back there."

"We decided to visit this restaurant today after our reservation was canceled at another local spot due to a family emergency, so we needed a backup option. We really liked the ambiance and location, and the hostess/waitress/bartender was very friendly. However, after ordering our drinks and brunch, it took a while to receive our beverages. Shortly after we had a sip, we were informed that the restaurant had run out of eggs and bacon. The waitress claimed it was the first she was hearing of this issue, but we could choose something else to eat. Unfortunately, nothing else could include eggs or bacon. We felt bad for the waitress, given the circumstances. Ultimately, we didn’t finish our drinks and decided to leave due to the poorly managed experience. It's unlikely that we'll return in the future."

"Be careful. 20 is charged as service to the check. It’s somewhere written in the menu. They tend to verbally review the order with you and suggest where you would need to add the tip, instead of giving you a physical check to check against. Bad Havana 1957, that’s too sneaky. Cuidado. "I feel terrible because I never post bad reviews but this warranted one. My husband and I were hoping to go on a nice date night but the restaurant we were hoping to go to had an hour wait. We saw Andrews was up the street and had decent reviews so we decided to head over. The first clue should’ve been how dead it was but we thought maybe it was a hidden gem. Far from it. As someone with a severe gluten allergy I was happy to see there was a key stating there was GF options but to my surprise none of the items were marked as gluten free. I asked our server who said she wasn’t sure but she did check on what would be an option in the end. The food came out and was honestly terrible. My husband said his dish tasted canned and mine tasted like it had been reheated in a microwave. The steak I ordered medium was severely overdone and gray. Not sure why it’s labeled as Market Price when they’re definitely not fresh. The whipped potatoes were sitting in a puddle of something and the plain asparagus were probably the best thing on the plate. They also charge extra for using a credit card instead of cash which doesn’t seem to make sense since the prices are extremely high (both dishes were just shy of $30). Between the overpriced dishes, poor taste, and mediocre service we couldn’t get out fast enough and definitely wouldn’t recommend. It really ruined our night as we had high hopes. We literally feel robbed because of how much money it cost and how bad it was."

"Be sure not to overlook this Mexican restaurant in Island Lake! It’s easy to miss, but make sure you stop in and grab a bite. The service is outstanding and the food is fantastic. I tried the steak fajitas and garlic shrimp, and there was more than enough for leftovers to take home. The guacamole was also quite impressive. They offer a great selection of beer and, of course, delicious Margaritas. The interior is quite simple, featuring a few booths, tables, and some music, but you won’t be disappointed. We had a wonderful experience and we can’t wait to return!"

"I worked here in the early 90's when it was the Newark-Fremont Hilton. With the name changed, they have update the restaurant area and it looks much nicer than what I remembered.Came here for Mother's Day Brunch. They had a variety of food items. Take a look at the photo for all the buffet menu, too many to type out, LOL!!! The Prime-Rib was one of the better ones I had, very juicy and tender cooked perfectly. Good flavor au jus sauce!!! You really can't find good prime-rib at a buffet, but this is very good. The King Crab legs were over cook and chewy, but still edible. This is the reason why I didn't give this review a 5 stars.The service was great, kept the mimosas flowing.Oh you can't beat the price."

"Art Jake's was great...from the time we walked through the door until we left everyone was so gracious and warm. Very accomodating in everyway. Our waitress was amazing as well as the cook because the food was amazing. Probably the best Spinach Dip I've had anywhere honestly. Also the Bang Bang Shrimp and Mediterranean Salmon was very good as well. Food came out timely and was very hot. Also had the Sunset drink which tasted amazing as well. Plus it was a million tv's so I got to watch football the whole time ??? Art Jake's is one of my new favorite spots."

"Father's day Mistake. First visit here possibly the last. It was father's day to be fair. It was busy but not so busy that the amount of staff there shouldn't be able to keep everyone happy. We git seated quickly, the server arrived 5 minutes after we had our menus and we were ready to order. She took about 10 minutes to bring our drinks. A kitchen staffer brought out our food in about 15 minutes! It was fast. Our server who hadn't been seen since the order then brought us dinner rolls and maple butter that i assume you're supposed to get while you wait. My medium ribeye was toasted and dry. Beans and potato were decent. Everyone else was happy with the food. We eat and chat. My 9 year old ran out of milk basically when the food arrived, the older one shortly after. No water was offered from the start. We finished our meals and sat. My wife and I finished our beers and we sat with empty plates and glasses. The couple next to us who sat down just before us got up and asked the hostess to ring up their food, they had a small baby getting fussy and it was HOT in there. The group behind us got seated minutes after we did. They were looking all over. They hadn't even gotten their appetizer. April our server has not been seen. Then she zipped by a couple times, the woman with the baby is still pleading with other staff to charge her card so she can leave and she spotted April and quickly grabbed her attention depending she close out their tab. Meanwhile my family of 4 have been sitting empty playes and glasses for nearly 30 minutes. She then brought the people behind us their drinks! Remember they were seated before we even ordered! We finished our food 30 minutes ago! She then ran off and took a few more orders we have been eyeballing her this whole time. She apparently mouthed ill be right back to my daughter at some point. Finally after I don't know how long, she came to us. I said I'd like a box and my tab! I was a little short with her. She runs off and dissappear for another 5+ minutes before coming back with a box and our bill. Rambling excuses and apologizing. We were all sweaty and over it long before that. I wanted a juicy steak for father's day, we tried a new spot and got burned.. as did my steak. Hopefully it was just a fluke but I don't see us going back to find out. I should mention, there were many staff members on the floor. Sometimes gathering and talking at their station. It's not like they were under staffed. Seems like the others were maybe even intentionally leaving our server to drowned. What a mess."

"My husband and I dined at this restaurant before my work shift today. Unfortunately, the service was subpar and the food quality was poor. While I was eating, a man came out of the kitchen in a fit of anger because someone had not done their job properly. This was quite startling as I had my four-year-old with me. The bartender tried to calm him down but he was too loud. The food itself was good, but the experience was ruined for me. My husband ordered the Philly cheese steak with potato sauce, and I opted for the chicken quesadilla, both with salads. However, the salads were not up to par- they were messy and chaotic, with slimy cucumbers, mixed dressings, and spills from other veggies. Unfortunately, my husband could only eat half of his meal before feeling ill and experiencing stomach cramps later on. I also did not enjoy my meal and could not finish it. After spending $50, including two children's meals that were also disappointing, I doubt I will be returning to this restaurant. It was a waste of money and now my husband is suffering from possible food poisoning. Lesson learned."

"Went to eat at halftime of the Super Bowl. Took 10 minutes to find anyone to be seated. The place was empty. I ordered Parmesan Shrimp Pasta. I have ordered it before. My wife ordered Bourbon Chicken 2 Pieces. When the food came out my order was cold and the breadstick was hard as a rock. The Pasta was very dry also. My wife's Boubon Chicken was so Small. It looked like they took a single breast and cut it in two pieces. She always eats one and brings one home. It was not enough to make her full and she is a petite Asian girl. We both were hungry and went home and she made Chicken Fried Rice. We. Wasted our time, would have been better off going to Burger King or D Q."

"the food was average. the amount of butter that she put on the pancake was unhealthy. the food was sent back to remove butter. the service was slow. the waitress seemed to be under the influence of something. her uniform and look was not satisfactory at all. she was seen three times to take our order, to give us our drinks and to give us the leak. "Service was amazing, Katelyn is a fantastic server. Atmosphere was good, 4 stars because the cooks in the kitchen were so loud throughout our dinner service- much louder than the music playing, even louder than my three young children. 3 stars for food because everything was perfect except for some burnt bacon and toppings. I do NOT recommend the mixed berries topping!! Where's the berries?? I've included pic of my French toast and spouses waffle, and menu pic showing what the topping SHOULD be like. Once again, please don't advertise berries if you aren't going to serve any. Katelyn asked the cook for some berries and cook loudly scoffed and sent out a small bowl of more sauce. Once again, Where's the berries??!!"
