"Without a doubt, this is my favorite sushi and omakase restaurant in Manhattan. First of all, it’s a traditional Japanese establishment run by Japanese owners—a true mom-and-pop spot that’s hard to find! The food is exceptional, and the presentation is equally impressive. Everything is so original and delicious. One important thing to note: don’t just show up; make a reservation! They only seat one table every 15 to 30 minutes since there are only two people managing everything. Also, please understand that you can only sit at the sushi bar if you order omakase. There’s no need to complain if you’re not familiar with the rules—just respect them!"
