"First of all, I want to commend this restaurant for being generous with their fish portions. The quality is great, and I appreciated that my plate wasn't filled with the thin, insubstantial cuts I've encountered at other places, like Samurai Sushi. However, my experience was marred by poor service. I dined here with my family, and my waitress was completely inept. She neglected to include part of my order, and even though I had already paid for it, I never received that item. I left feeling frustrated, and to avoid causing a scene in front of my family, I didn’t mention it to them. Despite her unsatisfactory service, I still tipped her 20%, although she clearly didn’t earn it. I’m extremely disappointed with my $75 dinner, and I’m quite upset about how it all turned out."
