"My wife and I wanted a nice laid-back place to sit outside and enjoy a fun dinner. We ended up being very disappointed by the service. Our server took about 10-15 minutes to get to the table (which feels like an eternity when you are waiting to order beverages). They took our drink order and quickly returned with a cocktail and waters but the beer we ordered was delayed by a few minutes. Not a big deal, but then the night went south. We didn't see our server again for a very long time. We started to feel like our appetizer was a little delayed when food runners showed up with our entrees. No app in sight. We let them know and eventually the server brought our app. But we were halfway into the meal by that point. The food tasted fine. Nothing extraordinary but not bad. The nachos, I admit, were delicious. The mac and cheese we ordered was described to have bread crumbs but was missing that. Fortunately the server had it taken care of pretty quickly. We were never asked about having our drinks refilled. And after eating, we waited a long time for our check. It just seemed to take forever for everything. None of the problems by themselves would have been a big deal, but together it added up to a somewhat unpleasant experience. The server was nice and apologetic. They also comped us the appetizer which was nice. May have been an off night or maybe a new server, but I can't say I would recommend going on a Saturday night. Also, we did enjoy the outdoor seating area. It was a little tight, but the ambiance was nice."

"Went in to buy a gift card. Spent $30. The server had a very difficult time figuring out the process. And kept apologizing. The process took at-least 20 mins. I had to ask for a receipt of proof of purchase for I wasn’t offered one. I felt a bit uneasy walking out with just a gift card and only my credit card receipt (could have been ran as a charge with no proof of gift card purchase anywhere on it) and I made this fact known when I was told if there is any issues to just show the credit card receipt. I was honest and said I don’t hand out my credit card recipes ever, these are for my record only. I wanted a gift receipt. When I did get a receipt after having to strongly suggest I get one because I wanted to make sure since my experience so far made me uneasy, that if my friend whom I bought the gift card for their birthday had any issues she could easily refer to the owner or manager. I was told the owner and manager are the same. I asked for a name to write down on my receipt just in case for my friend and was told her name is Jennifer by the cashier server and then when I proceeded to ask for her last name I was told no one knew the manager’s last name or owners last name(apparently the same person) And when I insisted they ask and find out I was told “I don’t really know how to find out and I have a lot of tables right now so…” (exact words in a disrespectful and rude tone) all as she walked further away around a corner… I left awkwardly feeling like I was dismissed and they were done with me. I wasn’t satisfied by this customer experience. I wonder if this is common? What a terrible customer service experience that was. Made me feel terrible. The server cashier was unfriendly and I didn’t feel appreciated. No one smiled and all kept a very cold demeanor. I really hope they figure out how to treat customers better for I will never be back to eat here and although my friend swears by it this was enough for me to see that the issue trickles down from bad management ownership. If I could give zeros on my review I would have. Be better please."

"First and foremost, the food was a letdown. Their new menu boasts dinner items starting at $15, and honestly, I expected much better for that price. Most of what we ordered was overly salty. I had the Bang Bang Hang (as shown in the picture), and it was the worst dish I’ve ever had. The noodles were not only extremely salty but also poorly mixed; even after I tried to mix it myself, it was still salty. The portion size was generous, which might explain the price, but I didn’t even consider taking home leftovers (the second picture shows what was left). My friends ordered two rolls, but I was so frustrated that I didn’t even try any. They mentioned that the deep-fried roll wasn't cooked properly, but I couldn't offer any feedback on that. Then there was our waiter, who seemed to have some serious issues with service. After a long wait for someone to attend to us, we placed our food and drink orders all at once. Later, our waiter returned with a tray holding 4 glasses of water — and some straws. But the straws were just lying on a wet tray like they were afterthoughts. What shocked me most was when he delivered the water to us, picked up the straws with his bare hand, and then went to the next table to give them the straws. It was such a bizarre moment! All four of us were stunned, and despite my irritation, I joked with my friends, “Maybe he thinks we don’t deserve straws?” We eventually had to ask another server for straws since our waiter rarely came back to our table. For an appetizer, we ordered Sang’s salad. When it arrived, our waiter brought it with 4 plates and just one pair of chopsticks. The three of us were left wondering how we would eat without any utensils until we could flag down someone else for chopsticks. I’m not picky — I can use chopsticks, a fork, or even a spoon for salad — but I still expected at least one utensil for each of us. Later, my friend had to call out for the waiter just to get a napkin, and he returned with only a single cloth napkin! We were surprised, as we expected paper napkins, but figured they might be going for an eco-friendly approach. Still, shouldn’t he provide at least one for each of us? We laughed it off and waited a while until we could catch him again to ask for more napkins. Disappointingly, he only brought back another single napkin. At that point, I really stopped bothering to ask him for anything else. I tried to give him the benefit of the doubt; perhaps he was new, inexperienced, or just overwhelmed by how busy the restaurant was. But that goodwill evaporated when I noticed that the two tables around us seemed to receive all his attention. We were positioned right between them, so there was no way he could miss us — he simply chose to ignore us. My friend agreed, saying she felt the same way. I'm not one to judge others harshly, but it was disheartening to experience such poor service."
