"It might have been the storm or a late-night drive to satisfy my sweet tooth, but the service was quite disappointing. There was no clear direction on where to order ice cream, and it felt like the man serving was dodging his responsibilities at the counter. After waiting for 30 minutes, and being the only customer there, another staff member finally stepped in to assist me. Unfortunately, the selection was also very limited. However, the items I ordered were delicious, and I enjoyed them at home. I would consider returning, but improvements in service are definitely needed."
