"I dine here frequently, sometimes several times a week, as I often find myself in the area. The food and drinks are generally good, but the service can be hit or miss depending on the day and the staff. Our experiences really hinge on our server. We've had pleasant interactions with many staff members, but we particularly try to avoid MacKenzie. She tends to have an attitude and can be quite rude. There have been times when she has left our table without explanation, and when she does check in, it’s clear she isn’t genuinely interested in assisting us. At one point, I even caught her rolling her eyes. I find it hard to trust her with my food delivery. It seems that she may not be suited for the service industry, as her people skills are lacking. I wouldn’t be surprised if she knows how poor her service is. On our last visit, she added her own 20% tip to our $50 bill without asking. Honestly, at this point, the food isn’t worth the stress."
