"I was really looking forward to trying Bobby Flay's Burger Joint after returning to Philly. The atmosphere had a nostalgic vibe, reminiscent of a 60s or 70s food service Automat. It was clean and had a retro feel, with tables and a long counter that wraps around the open kitchen. I ordered my burger "crunchified," which means they added potato chips on top. It was absolutely delicious! I made sure to sample all the different sauces, and I really enjoyed the burger sauce, which had a flavor similar to a mix of soy sauce and A1—so tasty! We also shared sweet potato fries that came with an incredible honey Dijon horseradish sauce. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!"
