"I was really looking forward to trying Bobby Flay's Burger Joint after returning to Philly. The atmosphere had a nostalgic vibe, reminiscent of a 60s or 70s food service Automat. It was clean and had a retro feel, with tables and a long counter that wraps around the open kitchen. I ordered my burger "crunchified," which means they added potato chips on top. It was absolutely delicious! I made sure to sample all the different sauces, and I really enjoyed the burger sauce, which had a flavor similar to a mix of soy sauce and A1—so tasty! We also shared sweet potato fries that came with an incredible honey Dijon horseradish sauce. I'm already looking forward to my next visit!"

Delicious burgers and fantastic lemonade! The staff was friendly and attentive. I sat at a bar-style table, and the service was prompt. There’s plenty of metered street parking available nearby.

...I gotta say; I tried bobby flay's burger joint years ago when the chain first opened, and even though it's really cool looking inside, I wasnt impressed with the food ...I went back recently (out of convenience , and it was WAY better, my burger was actually pretty great ...its right up there with 5 guys now! ...i will def go again (if only to confirm *lol*

I really enjoy this restaurant. The burgers are consistently cooked to your preference. The milkshakes are fantastic, and the sweet potato fries are delightful. The side sauces complement everything perfectly. The burger sauce is a nice addition to every burger I've had. I highly recommend visiting this place. Bobby's Burger Palace is fantastic! Located right in the center of University City, it has a nice, modern ambiance. The staff, including servers and hosts, are incredibly friendly. The food is absolutely delicious! I love the option to "crunchitize" your burger by adding chips. There's a wide variety of burgers to choose from, including gourmet options and classic favorites. The fries are excellent, and you can have them loaded with toppings or served with a dipping sauce on the side. They also serve alcohol for those looking to relax. The lemonade is outstanding! They offer takeout service as well. I highly recommend this place!
