"I feel for the kids who are working at this location. Signs are posted about being short staffed and asking customers to be patient. These have been in place for about a year now and I 've got to say, its because of poor ownership/ management, all ofthe other surrounding fast food restaurants are performing just fine, same challenges related to employment. I went todayafter waiting for about a year to see if the service/ speed of food had recovered and it appears its even worse than before. Went to a stall and pressed the red button, took about 5 min or so before someone came over the speaker. While trying to givemy order, the young lady taking the order appeared to struggle either hearing me or knowing how to log an order into themachine. It was getting frustrating having to repeat myself over and over again. I spoke very loud and clearly but she continuedto struggle which makes me feel it was either a training or competency thing (no knock on the person). Once my order was taken@ 1:23 PM, I waited, and waited (being patient as asked) and at 1:47 PM I pressed the red button so i can find out why my foodhadnt been delivered. Again, no answer waiting... At 1:52 pm another person came with our food and are food ticket beingassigned for delivery at 1:50 pm (red button still had no response yet). We waited about half an hour for 2 burgers, drinks andfries. I am sorry, this isn 't acceptable from this type of establishment, its literally their job to be fast . I had timewhile waiting for my food to look at others reviews and the same issues, long waits, poor service... Some had responses toprovide feedback to the Franchise Owner. If this person isn 't looking at the reviews or the staff management isn 't making thisperson aware then shame on them. It appears to me the franchise owner doesn 't care about the customers or the staff. Glad I getto chose where I eat and I can honestly say, I will not be going back to this location again. "I love Sonic Drive In. It is my favorite place to go for breakfast anytime of the day. My favorite thing to order is the breakfast burrito with jalapenos, hash browns, onions, eggs and cheese. They are so big I usually eat half of it at a time. Just the burrito is under $4.00 a very good price. From 2:00 4:00 is Happy Hours. You get drinks , any size for half price. All the foods they serve are good. The best onion rings I have ever had. It is a great place for a quick stop. Service is fast whether you pull in and order or go to the drive thru. The restroom is located on the side against the building, where you pull up to order. It is in front of the 2nd or 3rd parking space from the back. Very clean and convenient for everyone to use. The employees are wonderful, always a smile, clean and neat. Very nice and helpful to make sure you have what you ordered Have enough napkins and straws, condiment's sauce's, ketchup, mustard, salt, pepper etc. The Sonic in Jasper, Alabama is the one I go to most. It is located on the left side of the of the 78 HWY to the left of Urgent Care, across from the Winn Dixie. There is a turn lane, so it is convenient to cross from the right lane going East. You can get the app to order ahead and get some special offers. Just give Sonic Drive In a try. I'm sure you will find something you'll go back for. I always give my servers a tip for the quality of the work they do. ?????"

"I absolutely have to write a review about this sonic. This is BY FAR the worst sonic I've been to. I keep going back because there's not many options for food here in Springtown but my final experience on 10/12/23 was my last. First, they NEVER give you condiments.... like.... ever unless it's during the morning shift. I typically order through the app and I specifically select the condiments that I want and they are never in the bag. This includes marinara for the cheesesticks and cheese for the pretzels (although, I did get cream cheese frosting with my pretzel once... seriously)... the condiment thing is like the very least of my problems with this place. My order is ALWAYS wrong. One time I ordered a kids meal and received TATER TOTS ONLY. No entree, no drink, no toy... just the tots. Still didn't even make me mad. I already know I have to check everything from this place. Another night, I ordered a BLT and received 3 pieces of toast with inedible burnt bacon and nothing else. I like my bacon a little burnt but this was not edible at all and there was no lettuce, tomato, or mayo. I threw it away and didn't even complain to them. So here's what pushed me to finally write a review. On the night of October 12th, I ordered a BLT again (I did not learn my lesson last time) It was pretty late and my infant was fussy in the back seat so I was in a rush to get home and didn't check my order before leaving. When I got home, I opened it up and the BLT had no bacon. None. So at this point I'm FED UP with this sonic so I drove back up there to complain. Do you want to know what I was told? THEY KNEW THEY DIDNT PUT BACON ON IT. THEY HAD RAN OUT OF BACON AND GAVE ME A FREAKING LETTUCE AND TOMATO SANDWICH ANYWAY. Instead of asking if I want something else or a refund they just sent me home with 2 pieces of bread, lettuce, and tomato and expected that to be perfectly acceptable. The girl apologized, took my receipt and promised she would refund my whole bill for the night. It's been 7 days and I've received no refund. Shocker. So, here I am, doing my part to warn people not to visit this sonic and if you do, you can certainly expect to be ripped off."
