"I ordered a personal pan pizza with pepperoni. It was so delicious with the right amount of cheese and sauce and not overly cheesy. About 45 minutes later after eating my first pizza and sharing it with a family member I ordered a second pizza pie for delivery through doordash. Marisa was so observative to notice that I had just ordered a pizza not long ago and gave me a free upgrade to a large pizza the second time around for free. Very kind of Marisa and the great pizza making team of Pizzarelli. I am floored and amazed at their generosity but also by the delicious taste of this pizza.This is my new favorite pizza in New York outside of the city.THANK YOU MARISA and to THE ENTIRE PIZZARELLI PiZZA PASTA Staff!!! "Went with my 2 year old for dinner after daycare pick up and going back to daycare in an hour for a fall festival. Plenty of time for dinner. Only ordered ravioli in butter sauce and kids Kraft Mac and cheese. We got there around 5:20 and needed toleave by 6:10. We were lucky enough to be able to get our food delivered in to go boxes at 6:13, pay the check, and run out thedoor. We didn?t even get to eat dinner the whole time there. At 6:00 a small salad with no dressing was delivered so my daughterhad a couple croutons for dinner before the event. When we got home and I heated up our dinner, my ravioli I ordered with buttersauce had tomato sauce. It was still good, but I literally paid $36 for ravioli with sauce I didn?t order and Kraft Mac andcheese that I can get for $2 at the market. Wait staff was nice and apologetic, however we won?t be going back."

"Went here to get a pizza. Ended up purchasing a Meat Lovers pizza with onions. The pizza looked nice before we left. The pizza could have been cooked a little longer. I usually tell a pizza place to cook it well done but my friend prefers it not be. I think with a meat lovers type pizza you need to have it cooked well done because there’s a lot of meat. Got home and opened up the pie and sat down. Couple of bites in my friend turns to me and says… “Do you have any ham in yours?” I look down and inspect my pizza and nope, they completely forgot the ham! I’m not going to lie though this felt more like a beef pie than a meat lovers pizza completely. Very little pepperoni and we’ll no ham. Even though it was a heavy pizza for 21 dollars I don’t know if it was worth the price. The one thing that got me was the extra they charged us 2.50 plus tax for onions. 2.50 for onions? I might as well of gotten bacon on my pizza for a extra 2.50. If I do go back here I’ll be very sure to make sure my order is completed properly this time. I’d say there’s a 75% chance of returning for a weekend pizza. Also as a owner to me it’s complete rude to copy and paste the same reply to your reviewers. We take the time to write about our experiences to help your consumers make a informed decision about your establishment. Maybe you could take the time to properly reply or you shouldn’t bother at all."

"My family of five had a fantastic meal here. The food was delicious, the portions were generous, and the service was outstanding. Everyone was pleased with their meals. I had the Eggplant Rollatini, and it was excellent—big enough for me to take home a second dinner. The Chicken Parmigiana was also superb. Our waiter was attentive, knowing it was our first visit and making sure we were well taken care of. Although the ambiance wasn't particularly impressive, I highly recommend this place. My 20 children enjoyed it just as much as my husband and I did. Give it a try!"

"Weve been ordering here for many years and the last few times the guy who delivers is rude. Hes complained about the distance he had to travel and he had to travel in thr rain... mind you we are a mile away not rhe other side of the island. We ordered today he came he took the money and then held his foot in the door asked me how much the order was. I found that ods and then he counted the money in front of me made a nasty face and left. Apparebtly he had a problem with the tip and thought the name on the mailbox said rockafeller. "I ordered four pizzas for delivery a few days in advance for a time-sensitive kids' party and paid upfront. I called over an hour before the scheduled delivery to confirm everything was on track, and I was told there were no issues. However, when the delivery time came and went, I called the restaurant 10 minutes later only to find out they had no record of my order. I had to send my husband to pick up the pizzas, which caused him to miss the party, and there was no apology from the staff. We were left with cranky, hungry kids and a party venue that was ready to kick us out. This place is a complete mess. I will never order from them again."

"Horrible service. There's no reason that an establishment should be closing up an hour before their (already very early) posted closing time. Both Google Maps and the updated sign on their entrance indicate they close at 3pm on Saturdays. Employees had anattitude and seemed to be very bothered by me coming in an hour before closing and choosing to dine in. As someone's who'sworked almost exclusively in the food industry until recently, there's no excuse for this. It's not like they were closing atmidnight and I came at 11:30PM. It was the afternoon. Food was unremarkable. As a matter of fact, the macaroni salad had adistinct flavor that only comes from not being stored properly/not being fresh. Genuinely 0/10"
