"Honestly, I am really disappointed in this place. It wasn’t my first time coming it was actually my 3rd time ordering from Roc-City Ramen. The first time I ordered Ramen (Shoyu) which was really good and it was ordered through DoorDash. The second time I came in person and ordered the Carly roll and another roll that had Eel Bacon and that’s when it got a little iffy for me. I will not say the sushi was bad but I can’t say I was the biggest fan of it either. Something about it just don’t taste the same but I can’t figure out what it is. I’m not sure if it’s the combination of flavors or the quality of the food used but I know I didn’t order from them after that until recently. My friend and I decided to try this place again, she also had an “off” experience her first time as well. We decided to try Ramen and Sushi again. I got the Shoyu and I believe she order Spicy Miso. Overall, we were disappointed. My pork pieces were small and mainly all fat and compared to the first time I had this dish and ordered it through DoorDash, it was basically subpar at best. My broth was lukewarm so my noodles wouldn’t cook all the way through because of this. The Carly sushi I had wasn’t bad but the sushi was served warmer than what I’m used to especially for it being a yellowtail based roll served fresh from the counter. I hate to give bad reviews but I did try this place three times before leaving a comment. Although I can’t fully speak on my friend’s experience I will say that she felt that she wasted $20+ dollars and should’ve went to go get pho."

"Without a doubt, this is my favorite restaurant in Oregon and there's really no competition. I've always been a fan of pho; it's one of my favorite meals. When I moved here about a year ago, I decided to give this place a try, and I've been a regular ever since! The service is absolutely outstanding. The staff is incredibly kind and truly hardworking. Since it's a small business, I see the same friendly faces every time I visit. I've never had an issue with my order; in fact, today I accidentally ordered the wrong drink and they kindly gave me the one I actually wanted for free, which was really generous of them."
