"I arrived at the restaurant around 6pm on a Saturday and it was completely full. Luckily, I didn't have to wait long for a seat. I decided to sit at the bar because it was neat to watch them prepare my burger. The staff was very attentive and focused on providing great customer service. There was a moment when I ran out of ketchup and without even asking, the cook somehow heard me and had someone bring me a new bottle. It was impressive! The bar was also clean and comfortable. I ordered a classic burger, beet salad, and the "baldouni" burger, and everything was delicious and fresh. I can't wait to come back and try one of their milkshakes next time."

"The food at this restaurant is top-notch and I usually opt for delivery. However, on my last order when I requested my burgers to be rare, they arrived overcooked and extremely well-done. Everyone makes mistakes, so I am willing to give them another chance, especially since they have never messed up before. I will wait to see how the next order turns out before giving a final rating, but I am hopeful for a 5-star experience."

"I called to place a delivery order, only to be told that they don’t deliver to my location, which is just 1.5 miles away. If you don't deliver that far, then why do you drop off menus at my door? It’s very frustrating because I’m literally just around the corner. It seems like a lack of effort on their part."

"I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant! The family running the place is very friendly, and the food is fantastic. "Truck parking is an amazing plus! Food flavors were good, portions were a bit more then average so good there too. Prices are 3 times maybe 4 times more then needed. Banana pancakes, sausage n ham, Bacon omlete with home fries came to 50$ The biggest kick in the teeth was I went to pick it up on sunday june 23rd, I was waiting to the side and heard the manager pull the cashier to the side and tell him to get me out! Where was my ticket? why was I still standing there, He needs to go now! The nice waitress with my order told him the She has my stuff and that SHE has me handled. It just rubbed me wrong the way this guy acted, it was not proffesional. Yeah I know I 'm a fat n ugly trucker but my money is just as green as everyone else 's. We probably won 't be back."

"First and foremost the lady on the phone is miserable. I was gonna order from the menu which is on line, I asked did they have the small pizza cheese steak special, she said it went up to 16 dollars, so I asked her when because the menu on line says different, she said they have nothing to do with the menu and I stated it is your menu!! She said we don't have anything to do with it!! Red Flag !! Any restaurant that denies their own menu should close!! Pathetic!!"

"I ordered a delivery order. Simple. 1) sancocho 2) morir soñando. Result. After eating 1 hour for my order. I received in sancocho que parecía una sopa de pollo. It looks like the chicken went into a jacuzzi and came out with no flavour. The morir soñando was a orange juice. Very disappointed at Caridad. Charge me $20.00 but give me a sanchocho no una agua de teni. The sanchocho estaña aguado una agua con sopita. Por favor no engañen a la gente. Fix the Sam chocho the right way. I was so upset o have to come here a write this."

"It was my birthday and I arrived in black accessorized in gold with my husband. I had the Spicy Tuna Roll as my appetizer while he had the Seaweed salad, absolutely delicious!! Following that, I had my entree of their infamous Pad Thai with Shrimp while drinking on some Merlot and my husband had the Grilled Chicken entree with white rice along with 2 sauces of Cilantro and Teriyaki while drinking Pinot Noir. The ambience is beautiful with soft neon lighting and the staff was very warm and inviting. Before receiving our bill, they brought out their tasteful funnel cake with dipping sauce in celebration of my birthday. I definitely recommend this restaurant for a beautiful night in the downtown district of Ft Lauderdale, FL!"

"This place is literally a quarter mile from where I live so I've been getting my pizza etc. from them for about a year and a half. However, the quality in the pizza has been getting worse lately and it's downright unappetizing by now. The crust, especially in the center, is limp and soggy and actually wet. They don't use the pans with the holes, I guess... The chicken cheesesteak was terrible. IDK what they're using for the chicken, but it was somehow wet and dry at the same time, tasted bad, and was overall very disappointing. The french fries are poor, too. If they don't have something you order, they won't call you, they just substitute something else. Order chocolate cake, get tiramisu. Order Coke, get Pepsi. Despite living so close, everything needs to be warmed up again by the time it gets here. And their lack of mask requirement is very concerning, in this age of disease. It's so easy to be considerate of the health of others which is what masks do, protect others from you, not you from others and yet they're permitting customers to breathe and cough in the same air they're cooking in. I'm sad to write this review, but I feel like people should be aware of what they're getting into before they do it. It's awful to spend so much money on food and when it arrives, it's bad."

"Tonight was our first night at this restaurant. We noticed the wine and Dine Special for Friday night, which included two entrees and a bottle of wine for $60. We live in Wetau, but decided to try something different. It was definitely worth the drive. Our waitress, Peggy, was very friendly. They brought a beautiful bread basket to the table before our meal, with three different types of bread. I ordered the eggplant spinach pasta with penne and my husband ordered the chicken rollatini marinara with penne, which also had spinach. Both dishes were large and absolutely delicious. We ended up taking half of them home. We also enjoyed a bottle of pinot grigio, which was a generous size and tasty. We will definitely be returning. They also have pasta specials on Monday nights and chicken specials on Tuesday nights, which can be found on their website at very affordable prices. The dining room was clean, quiet, and all COVID protocols were followed. The front entrance of the restaurant features a pizza counter with a variety of pizzas available for takeout or delivery."

"I am extremely impressed with this restaurant! My daughter has celiac disease, and they went out of their way to ensure that her gluten-free pizza was baked on its own tray and left uncut. "Rays pizza is amazing. I am a fan! The only issue is that they use their own delivery drivers. It would be better if they allowed DoorDash drivers to pick up orders to ensure that the pizzas arrive hot. Even though I am only 2 miles away, I always seem to encounter issues with their delivery drivers."
