"I arrived at the restaurant around 6pm on a Saturday and it was completely full. Luckily, I didn't have to wait long for a seat. I decided to sit at the bar because it was neat to watch them prepare my burger. The staff was very attentive and focused on providing great customer service. There was a moment when I ran out of ketchup and without even asking, the cook somehow heard me and had someone bring me a new bottle. It was impressive! The bar was also clean and comfortable. I ordered a classic burger, beet salad, and the "baldouni" burger, and everything was delicious and fresh. I can't wait to come back and try one of their milkshakes next time."

I was slightly bothered when I received the onions and banana peppers separately and had to add it to the Jackson Bison Burger myself. But it was probably for the best as the onions were pretty wet and I was able to adjust how much sweetness to add to the burger. Tasted great, but I could've used less onions and more banana peppers. Waffle fries were hella soggy that I had to throw it in the oven to get it crispy. Air fryer would've been better. Of course, not having to heat it up at all...
