"I called around 5, on New Year’s Eve to see what time they close and the woman on the phone said 9pm. I called back at 7:30pm to place an order and the phone rang and rang and rang and rang again and again and again but no one picked up. I waited a few minutes before calling again and still no answer. My family and I have been ordering from ChinaTown for a long time and never had an experience like we had tonight. It’s unfortunate because the old owners would always pick up and now with new owners, they don’t pick up. Anyway, happy almost New Year’s Day! Service: Takeaway Meal type: Dinner Service: 1"

"I haven't dined at this restaurant in years due to a previous disappointing experience, and unfortunately, nothing has improved. The pork fried rice was overcooked and filled with chunks of white rice. While the boneless spare ribs were tasty, there were only 4-5 pieces included. The orange chicken lacked enough orange sauce, although it was decent. The service was good, but overall, I wouldn't choose to order from here again. The delivery service rated a 4, with the meal type being dinner and costing $30-50 per person. The food received a 1 rating, while the atmosphere and service were both rated a 4."

"We ordered a large amount of food for our daughter's birthday through their website. It was a busy Saturday evening, so it took longer than expected. However, when they brought out our order, they apologized and gave us an extra item, which was a pleasant surprise. The food was delicious as usual. The only minor issue was deciding on the spiciness level, as it was unclear if 1 or 5 was hotter. We chose 2 and found it to be plenty spicy, which we enjoyed. We highly recommend Dragon's Pond. One tip for those picking up food is to be aware that there are many restaurants with outdoor dining on Lotus, which may limit parking. You may need to park in the garage across the street, which was free as of 11/15/2020. Enjoy!"

"We walked into this place and thought, didn?t we eat here like 5 years ago? Yes, and it?s still here, survived C-19 but gives off a dark antique vibe like it?s haunted by better times. "I particularly enjoyed the dim sum, including the chicken feet and spare ribs, which were both very tasty. The vegetable lo mein was also delicious, although I would have liked to see more vegetables in the dish. This lack of vegetables actually reminded me of my travels in Asia, where noodles often come with minimal vegetable accompaniments. The standout dish for me was the hot and sour soup, which was hands down one of the best I have ever had. It had a beautiful smoky flavor to it, adding depth to the dish without overpowering it. Overall, I had a fantastic dining experience and would highly recommend this restaurant to anyone looking for authentic and delicious Chinese cuisine."

"Our two favorites were the Lava Maki, which were shaped like volcanoes topped with a small slice of lemon, and the Snow Mountain, a delightful coconut shrimp roll. Even my picky 3-year-old found something to enjoy—the mango smoothie! To top it off, the prices for their specialty rolls were lower than most places, which was perfect since we ended up ordering five rolls plus appetizers for four adults and still had leftovers to take home. I can’t wait to come back!"

"Always a winner. Sure there is better bbq in the world but this is the best By Far in Carson City or the surrounding area. Super cool inside w all kinds of old timey flare. "We went for a late birthday dinner on a Saturday night and the restaurant was a teenage hangout on the dining room side and overrun with a rowdy semi-formal college function on the hibachi side (said event relegated our party of five reservation from the hibachi-side to the dining room area). If their atmosphere is like this at Tokyo Japanese Steakhouse on most Saturday nights then you probably want to avoid this place at these times."

"If I could give this restaurant six stars, I absolutely would. I've never come across a place quite like it. There are countless options to cater to a variety of tastes. "This is the best sushi restaurant I've ever visited! I hadn't been here in about six years, but since I had a great experience before, I decided to give it another try. I'm so glad I did—it was even better this time! My boyfriend and I enjoyed several amazing sushi rolls. Our waiter, who I suspect might also be the owner (I think his name was Sam), was an excellent host. He ensured we had everything we needed—and more! Such a nice guy. I can't comment on the hibachi just yet, but this has definitely become our new go-to sushi spot!"

"Probably one of my favorite places to get Indian cuisine in the Seattle Area. One perk of this location in the University district, is that there is a parking lot adjacent to the restaurant itself (pay-to-park). The restaurant itself has a decent amount of seating. It has a very local mom and pops vibe, and feels like you 're at home having a meal. Their service is really good as well. If you have not had Indian food before, as always, try the Chicken Tikka Masala or Butter Chicken. You can 't go wrong. Their naan is so good as well! Probably one of the largest portions of naan I 've gotten in one order. Which pairs amazing with any of their dishes. Their prices are decent, and my request would be to get more pieces of meat in their dishes. The chicken is cooked so well, but just didn 't feel like there was enough for an order."
