"Probably one of my favorite places to get Indian cuisine in the Seattle Area. One perk of this location in the University district, is that there is a parking lot adjacent to the restaurant itself (pay-to-park). The restaurant itself has a decent amount of seating. It has a very local mom and pops vibe, and feels like you 're at home having a meal. Their service is really good as well. If you have not had Indian food before, as always, try the Chicken Tikka Masala or Butter Chicken. You can 't go wrong. Their naan is so good as well! Probably one of the largest portions of naan I 've gotten in one order. Which pairs amazing with any of their dishes. Their prices are decent, and my request would be to get more pieces of meat in their dishes. The chicken is cooked so well, but just didn 't feel like there was enough for an order."

We've been going here for years and love all their dishes. They are always so flavorful, and delicious that we order more just so we can have leftovers; and the leftovers are pretty darn good! And, the owner is so sweet and friendly every time we show up for eating in or a pick up.

Good food, ample seating space, elaborate menu with both Indian and Mediterranean food options. Portion size and taste were both good, also has dedicated parking. They also provide chutneys on the side. We ordered vegan biryani, paneer, aloo parantha and raita on the side. They also have pints of ice cream to go.

I was pretty underwhelmed by this place. There are so many great options for Indian food in Seattle, and this isn?t one of them. The food is alright but definitely affordable, and the service was good even as businesses struggle to recover and return from covid times. Came on a Wednesday night about 7pm. Was not crowded. Vegetable Rogan Josh was very good. As someone who likes and tolerates food medium spicy, their medium spice was right for me, might could gone up another level. Ambience very nice and upscale (esp for the area). Service was very polite. Only thing I would change: wish the music was a little softer. Paid parking in front (do not think belongs to the restaurant but very convenient).

Wow. Cedar is a wonderful place for Indian food. You have a large menu and the service is fast! The atmosphere of the restaurant is loud when a few tables are sitting, but it feels secret in a way. The mango-curry lamb is quite delicious, and I love how they serve their naan. You put your order on your phone to the table, which is a little confusing in the first place, but I see more and more restaurants doing this right now. Total, great place!
