Tender chicken pieces simmered in a creamy, spiced tomato sauce, served with fragrant basmati rice.

"Ask to sit in Sonny’s section. He is so helpful in making suggestions explaining the different dishes if you aren’t familiar with them. Also, the food is amazing. We were definitely not disappointed in anything we had."

"really a first class Indian restaurant. when entering the restaurant they get a feeling of high-end modern with rich Indian culture in the facility. the main dining area is beautiful with colorpops on the individually designed wall paintings on the walls. there is a very cool and intimate private space from the main dining area, which is a real original train car converted into an escaping area. it is worth a look and would be ideal for business meetings or for couples looking for a romantic culinary experience. we had no chance to hang around the bar, but can't wait without leaving the kids. they have made an impressive renovation in the living/bar area and is simply beautiful. I have eaten from the buffet and a la carte menu and both were made of high quality ingredients and recipes. delicious! the buffet had many options with a lot of vegetarian and meat choice. my favorites were the chicken ktikka masala and lamb curry. also the goat,- samosa and rice options were amazing. from the a la carte menu we have a garnel dish that was from this world. we also ordered a grilled chicken dish that came out with a flame presentation. children loved it! the seasoned were exactly right and not exaggerated the taste at all. I was hesitant to bring my children with them, because they are not very adventurous, but even my very picky 6 years old was impressed by the grilled chickenmalai (based grilled chicken without a spicy) and of course the garlic naan (the best I had). he made us laugh and made sure that we enjoy our culinary experience. I recommend this restaurant for families, dates, groups and even business meetings. I look forward to the return flight!"

"Beautiful dining room and ethnic decoration. Delicious food and friendly service. Bhartha, $15, is a sweet creamy dish of roasted eggplants. Chicken Achari, $16, is a tomato pure curry with acidic, sweet and spicy flavors that are increased by grounded pepper cone. Both are unique and delicious. The owner is helpful to explain the menu and the dishes that make it great experience."

"I ordered the butter chicken along with garlic naan. One thing I appreciate about this place is that they serve rice with their main dishes, and they'll bring you an extra order of rice if you ask. Overall, I enjoyed the food—it had just the right amount of spice and was served quickly. However, I found the butter chicken had a bit too much tomato sauce for my liking, and it wasn't the texture I prefer. Despite that, I would definitely return since it's so close to home. If you're in the area, it's worth a visit!"

"I had an amazing experience at this restaurant! The pizza is absolutely delicious and offers a unique Indian twist. They use the same flavorful ingredients you love in your favorite Indian dishes, but on a pizza. It not only looks fantastic, but it tastes incredible too. I tried the tandoori chicken pizza, and it was mouthwatering—just check out the pictures! You can also customize the heat level to your liking. Pair your meal with a bottle of Taj Mahal beer or one of their draft ales. Plus, they offer pasta dishes as well! The ambiance is clean and simple, and the service is friendly. I can't wait to come back!"

"First of all, I 'll admit that the vegan friendly selections on the buffet are delicious! I absolutely enjoyed the dosa, fried bread and a green bean dish that they have on their buffet (I don 't remember the Indian name for these dishes though . But my initial enjoyment of the food is as far as it goes. I really regret that I made a second trip to the buffet table to grab a little more of the green bean dish! As I was standing there waiting for someone in front of me to get their helpings of the buffet, a friendly little roach just politely sauntered to the edge of the serving pans of food (but not going in the food itself. I don 't think.. Though I tried to point out the little critter with as much discretion as possible to the apologetic server, mostly everyone in the line saw it! I just went back to my seat empty handed, not able to bring myself to get anything else. I thought to myself Okay, self..you 're from the hood, it 's not like you haven 't seen a roach in a kitchen before .. So I talked myself into finishing the little morsels I had left on my plate that I had before. As I was finishing up that food, I picked up my fork only to detect a hair that was slightly thicker than any human hair, more like an antennae. Yikes! a roach antennae! I paid the tab (against my friend 's wishes and walked out never to go in this place again. To each his own, so if you don 't mind a little roach essence in your food, it 's worth a try. (shrug .. "Excellent ! We loved the food and the drinks! Innovative and interesting menu and the dishes are as tasty as they sound. Four of us shared a sampler appetizer plate, Mantoo, A vegetarian plate, and Beef Kofta kabob with saffron rice. The portions were ample, but not huge, and had distinctive, well balanced flavors. We will be back!"

"My friend and I had a wonderful time at Zayka! We came earlier than our reservation and were able to sit immediately! Our server was very accommodating and we enjoyed everything we ordered from wine to food! There are so many great gluten free options and everything was wonderfully fresh and well prepared. I def recommend the mulligatawny chicken soup as well as the bullet naan. The best part of our experience besides the food was jamming to the fantastic music they had playing in the dining room! We truly had the best time from start to finish and we’re so happy we chose this place! 10/10 — must try!"

"We had a horrible experience here on Valentines Day no less. We had reservations for Showed up and watched two couples who got there after us with no reservation seated before us. Finally seated min later it took another min later to get just water and another to get a waitress to order. We ordered from the kitchen and about min later the manager tells us to grab a small plate from buffet while we wait, best part of the night. Long story short, hour and a half later we ask about our food. Nobody knows but says again it's coming soon. Waitresses kept asking us what we needed and if we wanted to pay thinking we got buffet despite repeated tales of our long wait and no food yet. Wife couldn't even get her drink she ordered in an hour and a half. We walked out the door and didn't look back. Way to ruin a special night. A simple if you order from kitchen it'll be awhile would have sufficed when we sat down and we'd had done the buffet. But the sheer confusion and lack of any attentiveness was absolutely ridiculous. We will not be returning. Ever. Nor recommending this place to anyone. Head next door to Aladdin, you won't be disappointed"

"buyer intention! not allergy friendly! we ordered us yesterday by door dash and was wasted $40 on eating that was indelible. my family has a milk allergy and I clearly demand in my order that every product gluten-free, vegan and mild. when I got the order, I thought it looked suspicious, so I called to check and safe enough these dishes included milk! also the fertile piclau was ice cold as if they forget to heat the dish before they send (which also means that they probably microwave to go food in styrofoam first I thought the fertile piclau should be served chilled, but the keerl on the phone nandu confirmed that it should have been heated and also confirmed that despite my requirements contain more milk. he was quite abrupt and has not apologized or offered to correct any of the mistakes. as if he just wanted me from the phone and it didn't matter that they ruined our dinner, wasted our money and made my family very sick by including milk in our food, despite the notes on the order. that a dish that allegedly contained no milk was the mushroom mother, but even this was disappointing when the veggies tasted as they came out of doses and it was very spicy for a court that was asked mildly. so many problems with this order, makes me wonder everything about this restaurant. if they are not careful with preparation of food, how cautious are they when they clean and sanitate their kitchen? I'm completely dissatisfied with eating and customer service. I was not offered a refund or a refund or even an apology! such a frustrating experience and a total waste of time and money."

"We had the very special Dindigul Thalappakatti Mutton Biryani, Medhu Vada, Masala Dosa, Chole Bhature and Chai. The owner said that the biryani was very special and was not in other Indian restaurants near Texas. Biryani should have short-grained rice that is very unusual for Biryani. We tried and loved it absolutely. It was certainly a very unique biryani in fact. The Raita itself was good and fresh. We also loved the Medhu Vada and the Chole Bhature. The food in this restaurant is very fresh, that is why it tastes so good. The Medhu Vada and Bhatura were so fresh and delicate, homemade. I'd say the chai could taste better, but since it was free, I wouldn't complain. Another improvement point could be bhatura. Although I loved it, but it was slightly oily (I understand it is deep fried). The server was not the most energetic because when we asked to feed outside, he hesitated, but the owner was very welcoming. She asked us if we wanted to dine on the terrace and put it right away. She also gave us a free dessert. I'm definitely back."

"I ordered what I usually order. I got the jackfruit vegan crabcakes with fries coleslaw. When the waitress delivered it, it was the barbeque jackfruitvegan roast pork sandwhich which wasn't even close. It took people to get my order straight. My friend had the crabcake sandwich with fries which she had eaten moist till I finally got my right order. It wasn't busy so the waitress must have been new. Never had this much confusion before"

"We frequent this restaurant quite a bit. We decided to make an online order this time. I was unpleasantly surprised to find that by doing this instead of calling in. The priced are considerably higher. There is no information to let you know this. The way I happen to find out is when I went to pick up my order I grabbed a menu. I called the restaurant and was told, this is the policy of the owner because they use a 3rd party for online orders."

"Absolutely fantastic! I loved everything about this place—the food, the atmosphere, and the service! The staff was exceptionally polite. The food was incredible, simple yet packed with flavor. If you're in Atlanta, this should definitely be your go-to Indian restaurant! We ordered mushroom bhaji, chapati, stuffed paratha, mango lassi, and vegetable biryani. The interior is also neat and pleasant."

"Probably one of my favorite places to get Indian cuisine in the Seattle Area. One perk of this location in the University district, is that there is a parking lot adjacent to the restaurant itself (pay-to-park). The restaurant itself has a decent amount of seating. It has a very local mom and pops vibe, and feels like you 're at home having a meal. Their service is really good as well. If you have not had Indian food before, as always, try the Chicken Tikka Masala or Butter Chicken. You can 't go wrong. Their naan is so good as well! Probably one of the largest portions of naan I 've gotten in one order. Which pairs amazing with any of their dishes. Their prices are decent, and my request would be to get more pieces of meat in their dishes. The chicken is cooked so well, but just didn 't feel like there was enough for an order."

"Fresh and flavorful! A few of our selections were either not on the menu or modifications of the standard menu. We’ve eaten here many times… and this is never a problem. We are generally always pleased with the food and the presentation, and if there is ever a problem, though rare, it is rectified immediately. Don’t let this be the place you go just when you’re looking for out of the ordinary fare… it is simply a great example of fine dining. Period. "

"Upon our arrival, the restaurant could not locate our reservation that had been made through OpenTable. We were informed that they had not been working with OpenTable for the past three months. Despite our surprise, we were told that we were only the second customers that day who had made a reservation through OpenTable. We were informed that we would have to wait 45 minutes. We decided to wait and proceeded to have our meal. Can someone clarify who is correct in this situation - OpenTable or Clay Pit?"

"Mixed feelings!. We stopped in for the buffet. I am new to Indian food so wasn't sure what to expect. Nice building, and friendly staff. The experience was just ok. I wasn't sure what I was eating, and our server was in a bad mood and wasnt up for explaining any of it. Some of it was really good, some was ok, and there was some that I did not like. If I had to order off of the menu I would not know what their specialty was or where to begin."

"I booked this location for my son's third birthday and had 150 guests. I was absolutely amazed by the level of service and quality of food. The owner Tony was great and very accommodating and took care of all the details. We had a very detailed menuand Tony took time out to make sure that every thing was taken care of. I have had India and Pakistani food all over NJ andthis was by far the best experience. Better then any restaurants in Edison or Jersey City. I have no idea where is the negativecomments are coming from, seems like the person had a personal problem with the owners. As far as I and my family areconcerned. We loved the food and the service. I recommend Raangoli 100"
