"I called this location at 6:00 PM on January 6, 2024, and the person who answered the phone was extremely rude and disrespectful. They hung up on me, so I called back to ask why. Instead of an explanation, the employee accused me of playing around on the phone while I was simply trying to place an order during my work hours. The conversation quickly escalated, with him continuing to be disrespectful and asking whether I still wanted to place an order. I told him no, as I no longer felt comfortable ordering from a place where I was treated this way, especially considering they could have potential control over my food. They really need to improve their customer service training."
