"The juice was delicious; my only complaint is that this Jamba Juice is very small inside and always seems to be crowded as we walked past it in the mall. Eventually, we decided to go in anyway since it didn't look like the crowd was going to thin out. It didn't take long to get served, but there were so many people crammed into the tiny space. I'm not sure they can do much to change that, though."

"I'm new to the keto diet and visited Jamba today. I didn’t find anything on the menu that was suitable for my diet, so I did a bit of research. Eventually, I decided to order the Spicy and Sweet Chicken Flatbread but requested it without the bread, and I also got a wheatgrass shot. The customer service was outstanding; the staff was incredibly helpful, especially since it was my first visit. The only reason I rated it four stars is that I got the flatbread without the bread."

"Janessa was by far the worst employee I’ve ever had the unfortunate experience of encountering. Not only was she unaware that Jamba Juice offers turmeric, but she also argued with us even after we mentioned that we always request it in our smoothies. When we called over Eduardo—who was the only positive employee we interacted with—he confirmed to her that they indeed had turmeric. After that, they seemed to overcompensate by overfilling my Orange C Booster to the point where they had to add extra liquids just to get it to blend. Once I tasted it, it was clear that all I could taste was the turmeric. When I returned for a refund and to voice my concerns, Janessa found it appropriate to make comments to a third worker (whose name I didn’t catch) while laughing at us from a distance. Maybe she should focus more on respecting customers and providing good service rather than making snide remarks in clear view of us. I will never return to this location again."

"I place my orders using the Jamba app and enjoy the rewards, coupons, and the option to buy gift cards. I consistently save money while receiving excellent products and service, and I always leave a tip. Currently, there's a promotion where you can earn $5 credit for next year for every $25 spent on gift cards, so it's a great time to stock up. My all-time favorite is the cranberry smoothie topped with coconut whip; it’s simply amazing! Plus, they've started offering free delivery on Fridays."

"I ordered an orange c booster and a turkey sausage wrap. As Im picking up my order, the lady is sealing my bag. I told her she can leave it open I was going to check for hotsauce since they often forget . She says no shes not allowed to, and continues to seal it. Thats fine, so I asked her is theres hot sauce in there and she said yes. I went to my car. I search for hot sauce, and theres no hot sauce. I walk back and ask for hotsauce. I got it, and left. Im back in my car and took one bite, and realized the wrap is 80 percent cold few warm spots . I took another bite and it was a completely cold bite. Now I didnt walk back in again, as I need to continue my day. That worker clearly doesnt care about the customer, but im not here to point that person out. I just hope management does a better job at making sure the workers do their job right. Im not coming back to this location again though. Peace"

"I attempted to order a large smoothie but was informed that I couldn't get one because they had a limited supply reserved for online orders. I was offered a medium instead or the option of splitting a large into two small cups. Since I was heading to a nearby Target, using two cups while walking around just wasn't practical, and I didn’t want a medium size either. Can someone clarify why online orders take priority over customers who are physically present? I will not be returning to this location, and I ended up going to a different one to fulfill my order. I will also be reporting this experience to the corporate office. If it were possible to rate this location a zero, I would do so."

"First off I want to say excellent work Gaby. Your customer service is always top tier. My wife and I came by for a few smoothies which we had to have remade. My wife had asked for an ingredient omitted and my smoothie tasted like milk. I usually love coming here and I never like asking for my drinks to be fixed. Two of the younger employees started talking under their breath about me. It made me feel very unwelcome. I will definitely think twice before coming back to this location."
"Gotcha matcha my FAVE!!The manager makes it perfect for me every time. I always enjoy this store, I love their vibes.They have a great team.Reading other reviews I wasn't expecting much but I'm glad I like to check things out for myself.I get it's upsetting when they don't have ingredients but they're really good at helping you with substitutions. To want to have the store closed down for that sounds a bit harsh. To compare it to another store isn't smart either. Different drinks are ordered every time.Crazy to see what some people will throw a Tantrum over."

"There's a reason this Jimmy John's has a 2.5-star rating on Yelp. This location frequently runs out of items and the staff can be quite rude. It makes me question whether the general manager is effectively managing inventory or placing food orders, or perhaps he just doesn't know how to properly train his team. Christian, the general manager, is by far the most disrespectful manager I've ever encountered. When I tried to modify my order due to allergies, he showed no interest in helping. His demeanor was rude, disrespectful, and even borderline misogynistic. I hope he can work on his attitude and learn to treat others better."

"I was in the area and wanted to grab something quick so I decided to come by this Jamba location to get an açaí bowl.They were quick with making it which was nice, but when I got it it was more like a smoothie soup. There were also some fruits in there that seemed to still be frozen so I had to awkwardly chew through that. The person who greeted me at the register was super nice and greeted me, however, the other worker seemed like they didn't want to be there.It also says there's wifi, but there's no wifi. I'm giving 2 stars for the quickness and the person greeting me, but I wont be back."

"I visit this place at least twice a week for smoothies with my little one. There was a period when they had staffing issues and would occasionally close several hours early, but it seems like they've resolved those problems. The smoothies are once again being made correctly. However, I recently learned about health code violations from June 2023, which made me lower my rating by another star. I returned last week only to find them closed, and worse, they had been ordered to close by the Health Department. It's really frustrating, especially since I take my toddler there. Just last month, she couldn't finish her smoothie because she said it tasted bad, and now I suspect it might have been due to spoiled ingredients."

"Michelle and crew went way above and beyond to provide me with an excellent experience! For some reason, my Jamba app wasn't being read by the computer, but they honored the coupon that I was trying to use anyway. Then on the way out, I got caught up onthe door and dropped one of my smoothies. As I was frantically trying to clean up the mess, they made me another smoothie toreplace the one I dropped! I couldn't believe it! They reassured me that everything was okay and that they would finish cleaningup the mess. It was the kindest and most positive customer experience that I've had in a really long time; maybe ever. I feel sobad that I cannot remember the name of the second team member on shift, but I really want to thank her and Michelle both!"

"Gia is amazing! I wish other restaurants would follow her example. She asked if I wanted to add extra energy to my smoothie. She even took my phone number for a rewards program, which no other restaurants have done before. I usually don't tip if the service is not great, but I made sure to tip at Gia's because it was exceptional!"
