"I visit this place at least twice a week for smoothies with my little one. There was a period when they had staffing issues and would occasionally close several hours early, but it seems like they've resolved those problems. The smoothies are once again being made correctly. However, I recently learned about health code violations from June 2023, which made me lower my rating by another star. I returned last week only to find them closed, and worse, they had been ordered to close by the Health Department. It's really frustrating, especially since I take my toddler there. Just last month, she couldn't finish her smoothie because she said it tasted bad, and now I suspect it might have been due to spoiled ingredients."

Great Service. I've been going here for a long time and the service is always great. One time, my order was taken by another customer, but the Jamba Juice employee gave made me another one! The one star off is because now, they're not filling the cup to the very top anymore.

Great Service! I've been coming to this place for a while now, and their service has always been excellent. There was one time when another customer mistakenly took my order, but the Jamba Juice staff promptly made me a fresh one! Walked in at the perfect time ... no high schoolers were there yet. Was immediately greeted and asked what I wanted to order. I was ordering something different for my son. The employee confirmed my order twice before completing it which I found to bevery conscientious. We joked abt what I was ordering and had a good laugh. It was soooooo nice to have such a pleasantexperience considering customer service has gone downhill as a whole.

I placed my order through the app and waited 8 minutes to give the staff enough time to prepare my smoothie. When I arrived, I expected to quickly pick up my drink since I had already paid. However, I found out that my drink hadn't been made yet. The guy at the register told me they would prepare it right away. Meanwhile, the girl who was working with him on Sunday, August 13, 2023, at 15:36, rolled her eyes at me and seemed quite irritated that I was waiting in the lobby for my drink. To future customers, I suggest ordering in person rather than through the app. Good luck!
