"I recently visited this restaurant with some friends to try the omakase menu. They had been talking about this place for months and finally convinced me to go with them. For $78, we were served 7 dishes including uni, monk fish, toro, oyster, yellowtail, fatty tuna, scallops, ikura, flying fish, and carpaccio. All the fish was incredibly fresh and imported from Japan daily. We had to make a reservation in advance for the omakase experience. Chef Peter and his staff were outstanding. The sushi here is unique and Chef Peter explained each intricate dish, aiming to create an unforgettable and distinctive flavor profile for each fish. The chefs at this restaurant truly show extra creativity in their dishes. Even the clear soup was presented in a unique way, with added touches like muddles. The staff were very friendly, efficient, and entertaining. I will definitely be returning throughout the year for their special fishing events, which occur only 1-2 weeks per year. If you are a sushi lover, I highly recommend trying the omakase menu. The 2-hour culinary experience is one that you will not regret and will leave you wanting more. They also offer reasonably priced rolls for those looking for a more casual dining experience. The restaurant is small, so I would not recommend it for large parties. We visited on a Friday night and did not have to wait long for our table."
