"I’ve been going to this place for weeks, I drop in on my lunch break on just about every day and I’ve always had pleasant service until today. As per usual I will walk in and seat myself in the closest seat to the front counter, making it obvious that I’ve arrived and I’m typically greeted with quick service and my order is taken quickly. However, on this particular day, I was greeted with turned heads and almost a nagging sense that the servers and register operator is ignoring, almost making an effort to not serve me or even give me the slightest of attention, even as I seek their gaze at every moment. To warn me that they may be a bit busier than usual and will be with me soon would be a welcome alert, however upon receiving no attention whatsoever for 15 minutes a woman finally attended me claiming she thought I had take out, which I’ve never once ordered here after a month or so. She knows me and I feel betrayed by a place I was deeply enjoying. Sad to say and sad to experience."
