"They served half eaten food. DISGUSTING! We've been loyal to this place for years, tonight I ordered edamame and when I got to the bottom half of it, it was clearly eaten pods. We understand that restaurants are stressed and hurting so we're pretty forgiving but they literally served me some one else's half eaten food, and this can get people sick. This is beyond unsanitary!I took the half eaten container of edemame back to the restaraunt and the girl at the counter tried to BS me that it was from steam from crab Rangoon placed on top in the bag. We support local restaurants but will absolutely be reporting a Food Establishment Complaint with the city so no one gets sick from these idiots."

I highly recommend this restaurant! The tonkotsu ramen and edamame were fantastic. The service was excellent, and the ambiance of the restaurant is delightful. View menu

The Crabby Dragon, Sakura, and Winter Storm specialty rolls were fantastic. However, I would have preferred a bit more flavor or sauce to enhance the experience.

Been coming here for years, great hidden spot. If you want fancy sushi/to be seen sushi, this isn’t for you. If you want comfort sushi, go to Sushi Pink. Real. Comfortable. Sushi.

I've been coming to this place for years, and it's a fantastic hidden gem. If you're looking for upscale sushi, head to Nobu. But if you want comforting, delicious sushi, Sushi Pink is the spot for you. It's all about real, comfortable sushi here! View menu

I really appreciate that this restaurant is located away from the main dining area in the West Loop. I come here specifically for the ramen, which is definitely among the best I've had in Chicago! I also enjoy being able to choose my spice level. The cocktails are great too, and they offer sushi as well. I love that this place is underrated, yet serves fantastic food in the West Loop!

I really enjoy the quality here. I have mostly ordered to-go and the food is always very fresh. The atmosphere is peaceful. Not rushed. The staff is always genuinely pleasant and calm. I appreciate this experience. The inside of the restaurant is also very clean. I will say I have dined and take-out at many other sushi restaurants in the west loop and sushi pink is definitely an under-rated Gem!

"Tempesta is arguably one of the best sandwich shops in the city. They make a lot of their meats in house and use high quality ingredients so you know you’re getting the good stuff. Not only can you get a great sandwich, you can purchase most of their meats to go as well as other small artisanal grocery items. I have tried almost every sandwich they have on the menu but my top two choices would be the #1 The Dante and the #2 Yo! Vincenzo! The Dante is their version of a classic Italian sandwich but a bit on the spicier side. The Yo Vincenzo is a chicken parm and I personally think it’s the best chicken parm sandwich in the city. The chicken is perfectly crispy, and they use just the right amount of sauce where it doesn’t get soggy. Both of these sandwiches come on their fresh baguette which helps set them apart from other sandwich spots in Chicago just because of how good it is. The B Franklin is also a great option, and if you’re starving get the Wagyu Pastrami but be warned it is a very heavy sandwich because of that Wagyu. The last pro tip I’ll add in here is order your sandwich ahead of time if you’re doing takeout. This is a very popular spot and is always busy during the lunch rush so if you wait to order until you arrive you may need to wait for 10-15 minutes. That should speak to how good this place is because it’s in such high demand, so if you’re in Chicago make sure you stop in!"
