"I've been a fan of Lion's Choice for decades, but this experience at this location was the final straw. We ordered delivery, and even though we live just five minutes away, our extra crispy fries arrived soggy, the sandwiches were cold, and we didn’t receive any of the sauce, including the au jus, which is essential for my sandwich. Additionally, the grilled cheese had bits of beef on it, and our concretes were missing from the order. Fortunately, the Dasher kindly went back to retrieve the concretes, but when they were delivered, the portions were disappointingly small, almost as if they attempted to split one serving in half instead of preparing two proper servings (see attached picture). On a positive note, the mac and cheese was fine."
