"I experienced fast service and friendly staff during my visit, but unfortunately, the food was disappointing. The soup was served cold, and the au jus lacked flavor. To make matters worse, I received my meal without the fries and condiments. I've unfortunately noticed this issue before; every order I've placed at this location has had missing items. I have been a regular at this restaurant for at least 15 years, but the last decade has been a struggle. It's time for me to find a better place to eat, which is saddening because it used to be quite good. I hope they bring in a qualified trainer to teach the staff how to properly prepare their recipes, as it’s frustrating to see such consistent quality issues over such a long period."

It just wasn 't any good, sandwiches were slapped together fries were cold,and I asked for my order for Togo they brought it out in trays then just dumped my food into bags!!! HORRIBLE,and it was a waste of 30$ View menu

I’ve been a customer at Lion's Choice for over 30 years, but the service at their original location has really declined. I only recommend visiting during off-peak hours when they’re less busy. The food is tasty when your order is prepared correctly, but it better be worth the current prices. It's quite disappointing.

Typically, this is my favorite location, but my recent experience was disappointing. The guy at the counter seemed out of it and kept messing up my order, even when I tried to correct it. When the food finally came out, it was still wrong. We were the only customers there, with no one using the drive-through, yet they were talking loudly enough for us to overhear them making excuses for the poor service, like "I'm new here" and "We only have one other person working." I understand this is a training location, but I'm left wondering what exactly they are training the new employees to do. There are too many other great options in the area, and I don't think I'll be returning after this experie...
