"I walked into this location to make an order @7:12pm on 10/12/22, Wednesday night. The male staff working there told me they were CLOSED @7:12pm, and I figured that was strange as i'm well aware that gogo curry closes at 8pm as my apartment is just located above it.I observed that there was a delivery guy in the store picking up his order as well and yet the staff turned me away. I am asian and i suspect this guy running the store is plain racist.I double-confirmed the location's closing time on google to be 8pm, and to further confirm if the location is really closed, i placed an order on doordash for pickup and saw the order was accepted and was ready for pickup 15mins later.I called into the store before heading in to pickup my order, and the same guy answered, telling me over the phone that the store was open for walk-ins when i asked if they were still open.Furious, i went down to pick up my order and asked the same guy again why did he turn me away and he gave the excuse saying that he was cleaning up at the back and no one could run the kitchen. So i further questioned why would he tell me walk-ins are available over the phone? In addition, why doordash orders are accepted? He told me that unfortunately, he cannot cancel doordash orders lmao! Im guessing if he did, he'll be fired considering the business is struggling to keep afloat.I wanted to see what lies he would contort to save himself with.I knew he was packing up and ready to leave, also in hopes that no one would order anything so he can clean up and leave.Funny how businesses are striving hard to keep afloat yet such lazy employees are cutting the business of it's profits for their own gain and laziness.Included picture of said staff."

"I ordered the Home Run Pork Curry with extra cabbage $16.95) for delivery.Overall: It is very filling for its price. Definitely worth having with how big their portions are. I liked having the extra cabbage. It was cold and crunchy and was very much needed to balance out the strong salty flavors of the meat and curry. I recommend getting it if you have curry for me, the extra cabbage was free). The pork katsu was not overly seasoned and was the right amount of crispy. When you eat it with the curry sauce, you can taste both the curry and the meat flavor. The curry was unfortunately drier than I expected. When I make curry at home, I enjoy a smooth and saucy curry, but this is a personal texture preference. The texture doesn't detract from the experience and the curry has a good meaty taste. It also had a pleasant heat to it spice fiends will be disappointed).Since the curry was drier, it didn't end up soaking the rice in sauce, so I was still able to enjoy the texture and taste of the rice itself. I feel like I could've done with a little bit more rice for how much curry there is.The shrimp tempura surprised me as it was longer than I expected for a shrimp, but it was also a lot thinner. It definitely was crisped up well. However, because it was bathing in the curry, my shrimp was very mushy and limp. The curry flavor really soaked into it though. The remaining 1 inch of shrimp was crispy.I'm sure your mileage may vary, but for me, my sausage was dry and rubbery, like what you imagine would happen if you left a sausage cooking in a covered barbecue grill for 23 minutes more than you were supposed to."
