"This place isn 't training their people properly. I 've been going to Angelia 's for about 12 years. In the past year, ownership has changed hands and it shows. A few weeks ago I ordered a Crafton Lunch Special and it 100% has Swiss Cheese on it which is wrong. Honest mistake. Last week I went in and ordered the Crafton Lunch Special. The board shows the Lunch Special is $12. The girl behind the register quoted me something in the $16 vicinity and my jaw hit the floor. I was just like, are you sure? Needless to say, she forgot to hit a button. Honest mistake. Then today I went in and ordered the same thing. The guy behind the counter asked if I was military and I replied yes, how did you know? Long story short, they have a 20% military discount. So a $12 meal minus 20% plus tax right? He charged me $13.88. I asked him how that could possibly be if the lunch special is $12. He rang it up as sandwich, fries, and a drink which comes out to about $15.50 minus 20% $3.10) plus tax $13.88. Well, that may be but the special is still cheaper $12.00 plus tax $12.84) than $13.88 with no military discount. Don 't even get me started on how the military discount should be on the special. However, if you can only apply one discount, the special or the military discount, just give me whichever one is cheaper. My buddy just laughed at me and said Thank you for your service... Yeah man, I 'm not asking for special treatment but if you 're doing me a favor, please stop it. Service: Dine in Meal type: Lunch Price per person: $10–20 Food: 5 Service: 3"

"Fox's Pizza is very convenient for drivers. If you're picking up or delivering at Manfredi, just mention the building and port door number, and they'll come right to your truck. The pizza was delicious with an excellent crust. The delivery driver was really friendly, and the person who took my order was just as pleasant. My only complaint is that the onion rings were a bit soggy, but other than that, everything was great!"

"We had ordered from here several times and other than I couple mix up’s, we never had any real complaints….until now. We ordered three pizzas all together Hawaiian , Pepperoni and plain. There were no complaints about the plain one, but the other two were horrible ! Neither of them even looked like they were baked, no toastyness to the crust and the cheese and pepperonis were barely cooked. They also said neither of them hardly had any sauce. It’s sad for all the money we spent we had two pizzas go to waste. Now I ordered a cold hoagie with specific instructions to please send the lettuce and onion on the side …they got the cold side right at least. We really loved ordering from here but after the waste of money last night, it looks like that will be our last order : I couldn’t base this review from just the horrible food last night so I gave it three. But soupy based on last night it would have been a 1."

"I had an amazing experience with them today! I ordered pizza for a birthday party, and the gentleman who took my call was extremely pleasant. The delivery driver was fantastic as well. "A friend recommended this place for their shawarma, and which was absolutely phenomenal. I got the beef shawarma platter, which came with fantastic seasoned fries, 4 different kinds of pickled vegetables, and a delicious garlic sauce. Truly one of the best meals I have had in this city! Friendly staff, delicious food, and great prices. Definitely check them out when you are in South Oakland."

"The food here is consistently amazing! If you're craving New York-style pizza, definitely go for the 18-inch option. Personally, I always prefer dining in. The fried zucchini is fantastic! They also have excellent wings, but unfortunately, they're not available on DoorDash for some reason. I've mentioned this to the staff at Italian Village a few times, but nothing has been done to address it."

"This restaurant used to be amazing and truly cared about its customers. I visited for the first time today, having only experienced it through the stories of friends. My husband has been here three times before. Unfortunately, the food was only mediocre at best. He ordered the bacon-wrapped hot dog, but if "wrapped" means simply placing it in a bun and sprinkling some bacon on top, then they really missed the mark. If that's the case, it's a disappointing representation of a bacon-wrapped dish. If they're going to cut corners like this, they should consider renaming the item. It was a Sunday night, and although the Hawks lost, the atmosphere at the restaurant felt equally dismal."

"We had ordered the big daddy pizza and an order of the cheese bread on 09/05/22 for the football game. Well the pizza was actually good but the Cheese bread was hard as a brick. I understand mistake happen and I?m sure they were busy considering it?sthe first weekend of college football and the bread might have just been left in the heater too long. Well we call back andexplain this to the manager at the time and she was understanding and very polite about it and offered to give us an additional20% off on our next order. We already work at crown Laboratories so we also get a 20% discount. I call in the next day to ordermore food and cash in on the 40% discount offered and I?m not sure what happened between now and then but it seemed like I wastalking to a different person. She was blowing hot air when I mentioned it and said well we don?t have a 40% discount button.The only thing I said was well why did you offer it then?.. she proceeded to say hold on and just put me on hold when anotherlady said she was the general manager answered. We told her the situation very nicely and then she says that she didn?tappreciate us being rude to her other manager. At this point I told her never mind on the order because it made us feel like wewere in the wrong trying to use the 40% discount offered. I will never do business with that location again. Multiple peoplefrom work tell me they are very rude and I got to experience it first hand! Would not recommend!"

"The pizza is outstanding, as you would expect from a restaurant that's been around for over 50 years. The service was exceptional, particularly thanks to Kristina, who went above and beyond to ensure we had the best possible experience. Even with a long holiday weekend approaching, Kristina was absolutely delightful, extending her hours to serve us and doing so with a warm smile. It's rare to come across such lovely people these days. The pizza itself was incredibly delicious, with the cheese melting perfectly in every bite. I would definitely become a loyal customer, especially with such wonderful staff on board!"
