"The staff at this restaurant is truly wonderful! When we arrived to place our order, our food was ready almost immediately. The cheesy breadsticks, fried mushrooms, and Italian sub were all cooked perfectly. While we waited in the parking lot, a friendly team member brought our order out to us. "They are the best pizza place in town. I know that may sound funny since Sumrall only has one pizza location for now but I believe that would be the case regardless. I always have the traditional large sausage pizza. It is sufficient for three people usually. It has always been a winner pizza. Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 3"

"This was my second visit to Fox's Pizza Den, and once again, I left disappointed. I placed an order from Columbia, with an estimated wait time of 15 to 20 minutes. However, when I arrived, they hadn’t even begun preparing my food, meaning I had to wait an additional 15 to 20 minutes. After this experience, I won’t be returning or exploring more of their menu."

"I really dislike giving a negative review, but unfortunately, the food didn't meet my expectations. Everything was served cold and tasted very bland. I ordered a plain cheese dish and fries, while my mom shared a pizza and had the breaded mushrooms. Sadly, neither of us enjoyed our meals. If you’re in a hurry and not too particular about your food, this place might work for you since the dishes were prepared quickly, although that quickness might explain why they were served cold and possibly not fully cooked. Perhaps if the food had been hotter, it wouldn’t have been quite as disappointing. It’s not the worst I’ve ever had—it is still edible—but I probably won't be coming back."

They completely messed up my order, and when I called to address the issue, the manager spoke to me rudely, making me feel as though it was my fault and that I was a bother. He even hung up on me.
